We came here twice, once for early evening drinks, the other time we reserved sunbeds for the day. It's very pretty views. You pay 20 euros for a double sunbed and shade for the whole day. We got the loungers on the beach (shingle) but there are others on the sun deck at the side of the bar. Nice music throughout the day. The reason this didn't get 5 rating is that we were stung with our drinks and food bill, paying 48 euros for 4 small lagers and 2 sandwiches. This is way beyond what the menu prices were, and this was on top of the sunbed charge we paid. My advice is you'll likely have a lovely relaxing day here but check your bill

This facility serves only drinks (coffees, soft drinks, water, beer, cocktails), and rents sun loungers with umbrellas for 25 Euro/day, or you can sit in a chair for free (while you drink). The toilet was "not working" both days we stopped in for drinks and a swim, but it's a pleasant spot to relax, get in/out of the water (via the ladder to the left side or walk in via the sandy beach area...) and they provide a couple of beachfront showers to rinse off. A good spot to take a break, enjoy a cold drink(s), right near the end of Perast before you walk up past the parking area to the bus stop on the highway. Enjoy.

Whilst this is a beach, you enter the beach via the bar and the 'beach' is absolutely tiny and 'owned' (?)/shares a location by the bar so thought I would write a review under the name of the bar. To clarify - this is the only 'beach' in Perast, if you can call it that. It's absolutely tiny. There is a small strip of concrete (about 10-15 recliners) and then in front of that a smaller strip of gravel/pebbles only about 2-3m deep depending on the tide. Despite it's small nature, it's actually quite nice. The water is clean (far cleaner than in the bay of Kotor) and you are surrounded by mountains. You also have an excellent view of Our Lady on the Rock church which is pretty special. The bar/beach has a toilet (which needs to be checked/cleaned more frequently) and a shower. I didn't actually buy anything from the bar so can't comment, from the looks of things there is no kitchen so no food, although they may sell snacks. However it's mainly a drinks bar. You have to pay 10 euro for a recliner with an umbrella for shade - not extortionate as it's for the whole day but not cheap either. I found this pretty cheeky considering the bar has pretty much taken ownership of 70-80% of the beach, meaning it's not really a public space and as the beach is so so small, when the tide is in you cannot really lie down properly along the free area of the beach. However you can do this and save 10 euro but if more than 20 people were to do so, there would be no room! As Perast is pretty small as well, if there were more than one of you, you could go back and forth between the town and the beach for supplies and this is somewhere you could stay all day as it's fairly relaxing with great views so it's not terrible value if you stayed for a long time. But for a couple of hours I don't know if it's worth it. Perhaps they should introduce a 10 euro charge for the day, but then 2 euro per hour or something? Also if they are going to charge that much they really should clean the toilet more often! Thought I would write a review as it seems fairly unknown/underrated at the moment. Granted it's not the best beach but far nicer than Kotor beach and around the bay there aren't very many good/big beaches it seems. The view of Our Lady on the Rocks is what makes this special I think.

What an amazing staff! My family decided to lounge at this beach for one of our stops on the royal Caribbean cruise line. Our waiter Goran was amazing! He was very sweet, attentive, and made great recommendations to each and everyone in the family (a party of 15) 10/10 would define come back and recommend to all!

Pirates Bar was perfect for relaxing during the day on the double sun loungers. They can be in hot demand but booked a day ahead to get a prime spot. The food was exceptional with their beef burger and chicken burgers being our favourites. We found the service to be superb and all our needs were catered for in the 4 different days we spent relaxing on the waterfront. Emin was great and really attentive. Would definitely recommend going there!

We reserved our sunbed. Emin was friendly and brought us drinks to us - nothing was too much trouble. Drinks are cheap. Food is basic - fruit platter and sandwiches are good. There was a good live band one afternoon. It’s not a traditional beach. It’s a bar with a place where you can swim in the clean sea.

Fantastic stay at Pirates Bar. We were looked after all day by Emin. He was lovely, kind and very attentive. The bar is fantastic with a great selection of drinks and food. Thank you so much Emin for a great day

Constantly charged for premium drinks to later watch them more than once pour much cheaper local drink of the same type. No empty glasses ever taken from tables.

Great spot over looking the lady of the rocks , reasonably priced and service was prompt. Loud music as it’s a beach bar with seating and sun loungers.
