Entrance fee is cheap, but Oadea definitely needs a better zoo. Bears are like on Crak. Overall you can feel that the animals are bored and/or stressed. Species are too few and visit path is broken, often leading to dead ends. I'm sure kids &...More

We visited the Oradea zoo and the visit was relatively nice, but there are still things to improve there. even if almost everything was nice, dirty glass and some other small details leave room for emprovement.

Been there with my daughter and it was really nice. There are a lot of animals to see, it is very clean. There are places were you can buy food for animals and feed them and also you can adopt one.

The Oradea Zoo is a nice place to visit, especially if you have kids. It's a great place, they have lions, bears, wolfes, antilopes, tigers and so on. Also you can buy food to feed some of the animals (they are written on the bag).

Best place for kids and animal lovers. If you don't live in Africa at least you can see some wildlife here in Oradea. The meerkats are the cutest :)

The zoo is well kept, the animals have small, but tidy cages, everything is nicely visible, even for little kids. A 2 hour walk.

The zoo in Oradea surprised me. It has a great variety of animals, the park itself is neatly organized, clean and is simply a joy to walk through. I will definitely go back.

I had a lot of fun seeing the animals, we took about an hour to visit the zoo and my favorite part was the lions. The shop doesn't have much to do with the zoo but it was okay.

A pitty that due to the weather so many animals were not visible. I presume they were inside. A small zoo in comparison we are used to. A 1,5 hour stay was sufficient. We enjoyed the animals but are not that impressed.

Zoo was empty of people (November) which was great. You could get very close to the animals, even the tigers and lions but could be a huge safety issue for little children.

No dogs or any other pets are allowed within the zoo. It is a common aspect in most zoos as it might cause stress to some animals in their enclosures. Oradea Zoo does, however, have a special place to keep dogs while their... More
