When I reached the museum it was dark but I liked the greatness of the structure. Hard to resist if you like new places. New beliefs and hard to keep looking at how they are preserved at this day

Only two exhibition were open at the time of our visit. There is not English description of the items on display. Beautiful building but it has no direction signs. Display piece are some what repetitive.

The Museum has moved from this location, it can now be found on Calea Armatei Române 1/A, Oradea. This building can still be visited, but only a small part of it. Anyway, the gardens surrounding it are splendid, especially in spring-summer, when the flowers bloom....More

The building was returned to the Catholic Church, so Cris Country Museum was disbanded. In the immediate vicinity you can visit the Catholic Cathedral and the Corridor of Canonical monks

Not really much in the museum. Guess that's what happens post communist days. Rather dingy inside not well kept up.

It was closed, it had open some kind of contemporary art galery , not so many helphul signs . They have some sort of problems with the hungarians
