I got to visit Stephen’s Tower one evening during a special event. The interior is nicely renovated and the view of the city is quite special during the evening.

It is am amazing place, in good shape (recently restored) and offers a great view of the city. It may be difficult for some to climb up, as it is quite narrow and in some places steep, but it's worth it.

A great lesson of history and great view if you have the courage to climb upstairs. Note that it is a rather difficult thing to do and unable to go there with elderly people, babies or if not in shape :).
