Great massage!
Dec 2019
We had a beautiful hot stone massage in this place, which is very nice and close to the river. It is clean with nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and professional :) I felt really good and relaxed after massage. This place is highly recommended!

I got the $38 1 hour inca massage and 20 min footbath. Otto is a very friendly fellow and the two girls were great. Combo of swedish and hot stone massage. There is a shower for before and after. Nice treat after Inca Trail hike!

Great no frills massage
Oct 2019 • Solo
The massage at Otto’s was very appreciated after a morning of walking around Machu Picchu (I can only imagine how great it would be for those who do the four day trek). It’s definitely not a luxury spa, no frills, but the quality of the massage was great. The Inka massage mixes Swedish, shiatsu and hot stone and was fantastic. The hot stones are actually quite large and more useful than in the hot stone massages I’ve gotten in North America. The price is great as well (120 soles for an hour). There is a shower so you can wash off afterwards which is helpful given all the oil they use. Highly recommended!

Magnifique!!
Sep 2019
My wife and I visited Otto's spa at 1pm after our trek to the mountain. We left our hotel to at 6am. Since our entry ticket was at 7am, we were one of the first couples to start the climb. The climb up took us 2+ hours and of course it is breathtaking as much as it leaves you breathless. The climb down is very tiring on the feet. Our joints and knees were okay but the toes and calf muscles were hurting pretty bad by 10am that morning. Even though I had a very light pack on my shoulders (water and snacks...nothing else), my shoulders and back was feeling it too. We reached our hotel around 12pm and checked out at 1pm.

The night before I had called the spa and spoken to Mr. Otto to make a reservation at 1pm for two. He is kind and easy to talk to. We agreed on the price over the phone. He recommended the INKA massage + foot soaking treatment + Showers (Sol 100 each) and offered to send his teammate to pick us up at the hotel at 1pm.

We met Ms Maria around 1:05pm and walked to Otto's spa. It is right next to the train station. Our train was at 3:20pm so we had plenty of time. We started with foot soaking treatment around 1:15pm (15-20 minutes in warm water and mineral stones). After that we moved to the massage room around 1:35pm. Maria was my therapist and Marybeth for my wife. Mirabelle at the reception played a soothing music over the pipes and soon we were in heaven. The two therapists did an amazing job with oil and cream, kneading through our aches. Once the back muscles were relaxed a bit they used hot stones to bring them back to life. The massage was for exactly 60-minutes and we were so so happy.

We showered, paid them in dollars (3.35 sol to 1 USD). It was 2:45pm or so. We walked around, got ourselves a juice and went to the train station waiting area.

The journey back was very relaxing and we took several naps throughout. It was the second best decision of the trip (MP and mountain climb being the first, of course). We highly recommend Otto spa if you get a chance. From our experience it is almost mandatory. Maria, Marybeth are top of their craft. So many thanks.

Excellent foot and leg massage after tiring day
Sep 2019
Just amazing! First a 10 min foot soak. Then a 30 min foot and leg massage. We asked them to use cream and not oil. Couldn't have asked for anything else. The massage itself was excellent, much better than the ones I got in Cusco and Lima.

Exactly what you need after a trek!
Aug 2019 • Solo
Our tour guide recommended we visit here after finishing the hike to Machu Picchu. We paid 100 soles for a 20 minute foot bath and 1 hour massage which was the perfect end to our trip. It was so good that I would happily have gotten another massage straight after!

The best massage!
Aug 2019 • Solo
I hiked up Waynapicchu today and wanted a massage to help my weary muscles. Otto's was #1 in town and now I know why. The massage was as good as you get anywhere! None of that annoying resort type of massage where they just pat you. If you're in Aguas Calientes, whether you're hiking or not, treat your self to Otto's!
