    Great massage!
We had a beautiful hot stone massage in this place, which is very nice and close to the river. It is clean with nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and professional :) I felt really good and relaxed after massage. This place is highly recommended!

Otto's Spa and Boutique, Machu Picchu
As a solo traveller, I was very pleased to have made some good friends while trekking the Inca Trail but was quite dismayed to find that they were all catching the train back to Ollantytambo, whereas I had been booked to stay for one night in Machu Picchu. I was disappointed, felt lonely and didn’t know what to do with myself. I set out to explore the town and came across Otto’s Spa and Boutique and decided to treat myself to a massage to improve my mood and, if nothing else, while away the time. To my surprise it turned out to be one of the best massages of my life. I had the Inca Massage which incorporated shiatsu techniques with softer kneading movements, along with an extremely relaxing treatment of hot basalt lava stones. My aching muscles truly felt invigorated. I got to talking (fortunately in English) with the masseur, Otto, who is also the owner and a native of the area and he very kindly showed me around the town – notably the hot springs, the local area, and the best bars and restaurants in town – and made me feel so very welcome. He also pointed out the route to Putukusi, an adjacent mountain (45 minute walk) from where you can see some must-see-views of Machu Picchu for free. I had some more time the next day before my train departed and took advantage of another massage which was equally satisfying. I left Machu Picchu with some very happy memories, feeling quite relaxed and happy with my world, and was very glad to have stayed. I was able to catch up with some of the friends I made on the Inka Trail in Cusco. In comparing notes it turned out that my stay in Machu Picchu was in hindsight a great decision … all thanks to Otto. If you find yourself in Machu Picchu be sure to visit Otto’s Spa and Boutique (on the railway line next to Banco de Credito) and experience one of the best massages of your life. Say hi to Otto for me and he may give you a local’s welcome to the town as well. Stephen

Had a nice massage until it was time to pay, and then they ripped me off.

First, there was suddenly a 5% surcharge to use a credit card (which was not disclosed either verbally or in writing).

Second, despite telling them multiple times that I wanted to pay in soles, I was charged in USD. When I confronted them about it and asked them to re-run it, they refused. They then doubled down on their lies and insisted that the machine did it. They refused to fix the issue, and insisted it was not in fact an issue.

There are tons of massage places in this area. Find one that won't rip you off.

Just amazing! First a 10 min foot soak. Then a 30 min foot and leg massage. We asked them to use cream and not oil. Couldn't have asked for anything else. The massage itself was excellent, much better than the ones I got in Cusco and Lima.

Our tour guide recommended we visit here after finishing the hike to Machu Picchu. We paid 100 soles for a 20 minute foot bath and 1 hour massage which was the perfect end to our trip. It was so good that I would happily have gotten another massage straight after!

After a long, fun visit to Macchu Picchu we had a few hours before our train departed back towards our hotel. We stopped at Otto Spa for a nice break. I had a much needed foot massage and my girls got manicures. The staff at Otto are very friendly, we enjoyed our time there. Otto is not a luxurious spa, but for the price and attention received, it is a recommended stop.

We went to Otto's after a day of strenuous hikes in Machu Picchu. Otto is very friendly and greets you get! They offered us the Inca Special which was a combination of three massages. They first start with a hot water feet dip for 15 minutes.

We felt the masseuses used hot stones (a personal favorite) effectively and customized the massage per our needs. Go here if you want to end the day in a relaxed manner.

Loved the Inka Massages! After the long Inca trail trip, a definite must visit to get some relief. Can’t beat the 1 hr combo of Swedish, shiatsu and hot stone therapy( all 3 combine they call the Inka Massage) for essentially USD33.00
Very clean and nice, the masseuses know exact where to focus on when returning from a long hike.
Offer showers before and after massage should you need them. No reservation needed, walk-in, although when we visited it was not quite the high season.
Located right next to the train station, a little hard to find, have to take some stairs to go down to it.
You start with a nice soak of the feet in hot water, pink salt and pebbles- heavenly after being in wet dirty soaks for a while.
Definitely recommend it my number one thing to do in Aguascalientes.

A massage is exactly what my body was aching for after hiking the Inca Trail for 4 days/3 nights. Located at Avenida Imperio de los Incas # 602, in Aguas Calientes, Peru, this place offers Inka Massage, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Happy Feet Massage among their services. Visited this place during the last week of July. First, it started with a salt warm foot bath to relax for a bit while waiting for the massage. Then it was followed by an excellent full body massage that included hot stones. It just felt amazing and very relaxing. The staff was very professional, and friendly. The place is not fancy, and as you enter you have to go downstairs from the main street, but was very clean and great relaxing atmosphere. It has many windows that overlooks to the Urubamba river making the whole experience very pleasant. You can either make an appointment or just walk in, and they also offer great bathroom and hot shower facilities for your comfort. If you are visiting Aguas Calientes, or Machu Picchu I highly recommend this place to get a massage and relax while you are in the area!

We got 3 one hour massages for $80 including tips. The massages were good as we receive at home and the value pricing made the experience even better.
