Nestled against the hill yet still close to the river, the ancient city fascinates tourists. Explore this UNESCO heritage site. A few families still live here but not enough maintenance is being done. Old walls are melting and we saw a recent

During climbing to the top of the hill enjoy narrow streets with small shops and you will be rewarded by beautiful view on the valley and mountains. Buy a cup of mint tea and enjoy the view on the Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou :-) BEAUTIFUL!

The city seems set up as a huge shopping mall for trinkets and other souvineers. too many tourists. only mildly interesting. There are easily better ways to get nice photos in morocco.
