A symbolic walk up the hill for an acknowledgement People in these lands suffered a lot under Tatar, Turk, Tzarist and Soviet boots. They fought bravely and managed to a large extent to keep their language, their culture, their traditions. The monument stands to acknowledge...More

I have done this three times now. It's a long hard trek up the hill, but so worth it. The view of the Nistru River, Soroca and Ukraine are magnificent. Well worth your time. Cost no money. How can you beat that???
