Very informative guide but....Jeep is old and very uncomfortable to sit in for so long and it was so loud in the road we couldn’t hear Marev, the guide, who had a lot to offer.

Thank you for your review, I apologise for your unconvenience jeep ride we hope that you enjoyed Merav's guiding and explanations. BTW all jeeping tourism in Israel are using used jeep - most cases over 10 years old. Tax on new cars and high insurance for new cars and lose of value for first 10 year - make it unprofitable to use new cars. Plus the type of jeep that we are using are not imported into Israel any more. Regards from the desert..

We had a fabulous evening trip with Haim exploring the desert and skies. Lots of fun! Haim is so interesting and engaging - and fantastically knowledgeable about the geology, ecology and so many other things about the area. Adults and kids totally loved the trip. Highly recommended!!…

Our group of 6, ages 8 - 51, took a Jeep tour of En Akev, and Merav expertly guided and taught us about the history of the area and how it was formed. We learned to recognize and understand differences between the types of stones, the layers, what makes something a "desert," and we saw the most important vulture reserve in the country. Merav explained the human impact on the area, the Spice Route effect, stories about the Nabateans, Romans, Ottomans, British, etc. It is beautiful, and I highly recommend it.…
