I was with a group and we spent the night in a remote area of the desert with the staff of Ben Midbar. The bedouins are amazing and they love to share their knowledge about the desert and camels. Once we arrived at our location to spend the night, they set up the fire and the food, which was delicious!! The experience was amazing, no internet, no electricity, no bathroom, just us and the stars! I would definitely recommend them both for the hospitality and for the food! Also, the camels are very well taken care of.…

We absolutely loved our four hour camel tour. Being that it was off season we ended up being the only two people on our excursion which was a nice surprise for our honeymoon trip. Our guide was extremely friendly, informative, and cooked us one of the most delicious meals on our whole trip in the middle of the desert. And of course, how could we not mention the camels? My wife and I each got our own camel to ride out to lunch and shared one on the way back. They were both friendly and easy to ride. All around, incredible day and would highly recommend.…

We took the 4 hours camel tour. 2 parents with our 10 and 12 YO kids... We didn't want it to end (: The guide we had is a real desert son, very familiar with the desert and very informative. We learned from him how to bake bread using the heated sand pit as an Oven, in addition to a very special lunch he made. The staring/end camp is very welcoming with place to lay a head and hear the desert life, along with a sweet sweet cup of tea. Very recommended ! We are planing our next tour with Ben Midbar , this time for a 24 hour tour. Thank you David and Addel !!!…

Three of my friends and I did the one-hour camel tour, and it was such a great experience! I recommend the 1-hour ride, it seemed like just the right amount of time. The Ben Midbar staff were very hospitable, and the tea they gave us was great. We walked to Ben Midbar via the Israeli trail- 4.6 km on the Ramon crater, and one of the staff members even offered to drive us back to Mitzpe Ramon after our camel ride. A wonderful experience!…
