This is a no frill waterfall with sufficient heights and water flow. There is only a bottom level pool to be visited, which is not that spacious but very suitable for taking a dip. Weekends may get very crowded as the waterfall is popular among the locals and the entrance fee is very affordable. There is only one small toilet with two outdoor showers. The columnar volcanic rocks of various heights produce interesting patterns which the water falls onto and splashes gracefully and beautifully.

We rented a motorbike to visit the falls and were glad that there was a newly constructed road to take us directly to the falls where we had to pay a small entrance fee. BUT from the main road to the turn off to the falls it was just a track so be careful when riding there. The falls were not spectacular but there was a pool at the bottom where some brave people took a dip in the cool water.

It is the one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Island. Yet, you need to rent private vehicle to get there. Foreign tourists usually rent motorbike from Tuktuk. It is only IDR 80 k for 12 hours.

The waterfall had so much water flowing down when we were there . Was a a beautiful sight to take on, and if you do not mind the cold you can take a dip there. But there is no clean changing facilities there, so just keep that in mind.
