It was a really amazing experience - especially as my son took me. The only thing wish my hotel was nearer to the volcano and no one told us it will be freezing up on the top early hours of the morning!

Everything about the service here was excellent. Our driver was so nice and knowledgeable and our guide up the volcano, Tri, was the best person ever

Awesome experience! So glad they were able to accommodate our last minute booking. From our driver Nata, to our guide Putu, we were taken care of every step of the way. Our sleepy 3 year-old needed help climbing the volcano so Putu carried him up the majority of the way. Not only carrying him, but talking to him trying to get him to laugh and smile. My son still talks about his friend Putu weeks later. The journey up was just incredible, the views are breathtaking and seeing the sunrise from the summit is a bucket list item for sure. Our driver Nata went out of his way to ensure we made it to our next destination. He drove us an additional 1.5 hours, helped us find the last fast boat of the day to the Gilis, and even texted later to make sure we made it ok. Wonderful experience, exceptional people! Definitely recommend!

The day stared with an early rise or drivers were already waiting for us. Wadi and Dedi were very informative and couldn’t do more to help us and making us feel very comfortable.
The lady who was our guide for the climb was absolutely amazing she was very informative and made sure that we were always close by on the assent as we passed other climbers.
She provided lots of history about the area and the daily life of the valley.
The view was beautiful and truly unique as the clouds cleared it was truly magical. A tour that I would recommend but you do need a level of fitness and comfortable shoes to attempt.

This was one of the hardest things I have ever done. Jero our guide was amazing and could not have got here without him. A bit slippy coming down. I went on my backside about 4 times but it was so great.
Dis i say how amazing Jero is. He is!!

Having previously hiked Mt Batur on a previous trip, I was looking for something a little different to do with my husband this time and this tour was just wonderful.

The hike, as others have mentioned is a pretty cruisy 45 up and a little more on was down and eating breakfast and drinking hot coffee at the top delivered by a lovely local lady whilst the sun rose is an experience I will never forget. Our guide - Anto - was funny, full of information and super helpful
in every way too.

The hot springs on the way back, were really relaxing too.

Well worth getting up in the middle of the night for!

PS The local lady who brought us our breakfast was so touchingly grateful for the modest tip we gave her as a thankyou- maybe consider giving her a small token of thanks... she even picked me a rose from her beautiful garden and gave it to me on the way back down 😊

Great tour visiting the black sand via 4x4, jungle trek via 4x4, hot spring and then lunch which was great and a great view high up looking at Mt Batur. Lastly we visited a coffee plantation. Overall a great tour, well organised and a great addition to our honeymoon. Thanks Andy

We did the Jeep Tour to Mount Batur today. The driver picked us up just in time and was really friendly. We first visited a coffee plantation which we enjoyed. After that we started the Jeep Tour. The driver of the Jeep was also really friendly and explained a lot to us. We got an amazing view of the black lava and the volcano. Finally we took a warm bath in the hot sorings and had a delicious lunch. We would absolutely recommend this tour!

We were very excited for this trip and woke up at 0100 to ensure we were there for our 0130 pickup. After an hour of waiting, our driver never showed. I want a refund, this was a horrible and embarrassing experience for both my wife and I.

My wife and I did this tour and it was amazing!! The hike was simple (only 45 minutes to get to the top) and the view was beautiful! The only bad thing I have to say about this tour was that they were 45 minutes - an hour late picking us up from our hotel that we were staying at. Good thing my wife had the WhatsApp on her phone to contact someone otherwise, they probably wouldn't have picked us up. So I highly recommend re-confirming with them the day before or even that morning if you book this tour. The tour guide on our hike also did not speak much English but we made it work. Other than that, it was so much fun and totally worth getting up at 2am!
