Sorry, apologies for not answering. The food they provde is basic. They donprovide a lot of water as well. Food is Egg, banana and bread. Also hot drinks. I'd travel as light as possible.

Only did sunrise hike. If you do sunset hike you can stay in hut on top of mountain but take something warm as will be cold at night.
