I enjoyed the hike up the stations of the cross. You could also hike past Mother Mary to the cross further up the hill.

We stopped at the Duc Me Bai during a scooter ride through Vung Tau. We didn't spend a lot of time, was pleasant.

I found it very peaceful here. The grounds/gardens are well kept. The statue of Mother Mary sits on the slope of a hill, and you can walk all the way up to the top of the hill to a look out point.
