Four of us took Eco-tours four hour afternoon bike tour starting in town, riding to catch a small ferry to the island, where we rode through the countryside past vegetable gardens, paddy fields, small villages, etc., stopping at tree of lady goddess, cacao farm, etc., and ending with stop at a great little restaurant specializing in self built summer rolls! Ms Yen was our guide, and she was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the tour, speaking very good English and sharing information clearly. She was very friendly, outgoing and fun to be with! At the end we wanted very much to tip her for her excellent tour, but almost unbelievably, she refused to accept a tip! This was by far the best tour we took in five weeks in Southeast Asia!!…

We had a wonderful day with Trieu (Mr. T) exploring the waterways and back roads of Can Tho, and sampling local food & drink. He was extremely knowledgeable about local history and general facts of daily life, which made the tour so much more fun and interesting. Putting down the river at dawn to get coffee & breakfast at the floating market was a great way to start, and later we visited local folks who made noodles and others who grew cacao & processed chocolate. Biking down the little lanes and across the ferry was also very interested. So much better than just walking around the Night Markets in town. Highly recommended!…

My husband and I booked this tour as a day trip from HCMC to Can Tho to see the Me Kong floating market. We were blown away! Everything was very organized - from our driver Mr. Dai picking is up at 4am (for a 4 hour journey to Can Tho), to our guide Ana who was so much fun to be around and we learned so much!. We started with the floating market, where we drank coffee (from the floating coffee boat!), climbed aboard a boat and ate pineapple, drove up next to a Pho boat for another treat - and then floated through back channels (our boat guide even made us necklaces!) We then went for a bike ride which was so much fun through back paths and visited a cacao farm, and learned how to make rice noodles. We capped off the trip with a yummy lunch and a visit to some temples in Can Tho. The entire trip was so very well organized - we were greatly impressed and cannot say enough good things!…

We have just returned from a 2 day 1 night tour to the Mekong Delta with EcoTours. We knew it was expensive when we booked but didn’t realise we were getting a private tour just for the 2 of us! This is a truly professional company and the tour delivered everything promised. Linh was a fantastic guide, super friendly and accommodating with superlative English. He made this trip very special , with his knowledge, and gentle nature. On our second day, we were joined by Nina, another beautiful person . We were collected from HCMC at the time given in a comfortable and spacious car and right from the start, the trip was seamless, with transport prearranged and waiting for us at every stage of our tour. I won’t go into details of what the trip included, other reviews have already described that in detail, but we had a very special time and a true insight into rural Vietnamese life. Thank you Linh and Nina! …
