Fantastic trip - so pleased we did it - especially the visits to the cities on the Great Silk Road of Samarkand , Bhukara and Khiva which have all been wonderfully restored. Uzbekistan is a very clean and safe country , the food is great and a special thanks to our guide Mansur who besides being a very knowledgeable guide with very good English is also a very nice guy !

Wonderful experience! I requested an individual tour and the service I received was outstanding. From hotel rooms to tour guides, everything was at high level. Communication was exceptional (thank you, Azima!). Would definitely recommend this company and would happily use again myself!

Excellent team, excellent manager very helpful, constant follow up, we had a rather custom made trip and they went out of their way to do their best on arranging everything. They were responsive to suggestions on a few things that needed fine tuning and quickly addressed them. Will absolutely rely on them again for my next trips.

I have just returned from a 9 day Uzbekistan/Tajikistan tour organized by Minzifa travel. It was a private personalized tour for one person, that included 5 days in Uzbekistan and 4 days in Tajikistan. PROS: - Hospitality while staff is helping you plan the trip is amazing. I was working with Oybek and every step of the way he was very responsive on WhatsApp and was available to answer every query. - Even in person the agency makes you feel very much at home. - Guides and drivers on all locations (barring Tashkent, to some extent) were very good and knowledgeable. Innes in Khiva was really good with the right amount of knowledge. Muzaffar in Bukhara is plethora of knowledge. He knows almost everything about everything. - The team is always there to support you and help you plan while being very flexible at the same time. CONS: - I as told my train rides would be on the fast Afrosiab trains and same was also mentioned in my final itinerary. It was only abhor before my first of the three trains that I realized that my train bookings were actually in local train, which would mean 6 plus hours fro Tashkent to Bukhara instead of 3 hours. I understand trains were booked as I was told later, But I would expect to be told about this upfront and not be surprised at the last minute. This was a HUGE miss, according to me. - The agency is not cheap by any means. In fact it is VERY expensive. Since this was my first time in the Central Asia region, I wasn't comfortable traveling on my own. But while being there and realizing how unbelievably cheap things on ground are, I can guarantee that I could have done in less than half of what I was charged and still stay in better hotels. I was charged a LOT of money, trust me. So, try to balance convenience v/s money. Its your choice. Planning trips to Uzbekistan is super easy. - One of y hotels sin Tajikistan was horrible. When you pay a huge sum of money for comfort and you realize the hotel you are staying is only 18$ a night, which was btw , AWFUL, to say the least, that is not a good feeling. However they tried to make up for it by upgrading me to a nicer hotel in next town, but it was too late by then. As you can see, there are plans and minus, like I would expect o most tour agencies. They definitely are good people and made my trip as comfortable as they could but looking at the price I paid and comparing with what I saw on ground every single day, I feel cheated for the price I paid , but no one but I have to be blamed for this.

Thank you for been with us ! - For the fast trains it is always problem if you book them not earlier then 30 days before departure. We do all our best to obtain the tickets to fast train. We only can recommend to make booking much earlier before starting dates of tour, 30 days in advance. - We surely will work to reduce the tour price. And yes, travel to Uzbekistan it always easy and safe. There is always chose to travel via travel agency or by yourself. We charge for service we do, if the person ready to spend his own time and afford to reserving and searching all tourist services , so hi take all obligation on tour arrangement on his side. We charge only for our work, sorry if you fee you overpaid, as I told we will work to reduce the price. - Dear traveler we work only honestly to our clients, we never try to overcharge our clients, we do normal commission like any other travel company and pay to our workers decent salary. Not what you see in street people pay to just survive. This is the main point of cost of tour. We was very happy to serve you in this trip, we will try all our best for the next time, even if you not need our service we would be glad to give you any tourist information you need for free.
