“A nice quiet walk along the beach”
The Rambla is very well kept up....white washed and nicely paved. It is a pleasant walk along the beach, which also includes a handicapped ramp down to the sand. The columns along the way were designed by the founder of the city, Francisco Piria.
It is a pretty city, with amazing views. The houses are very nice and people are friendly and helpful. It has very nice beaches, with lots of people going there. It also has attractive coffee places and restaurants. It is easy to get there, with excellent highways.
The rambla is really nice- very nice view. I spent the whole day in the beach and took amazing photos. The city is quite old, almost no new buildings and a bit expensive- even more than Punta del Este.
