This stunning temple towers above the surroundings, and is a specatcular example of Khmer influence and architecture. A must-see example of a well preserved temple. Worth renting a bike to see this and other monuments at the same time.

Just brilliant! Gave my partner and I a real insight into Thai history; the Sukhothai dynasty. It was an absolute pleasure...a dream if you like weaving around the place on a couple of bycicles. A must if you're hanging around Northern Thailand.…

Easily accessible from New Sukhothai Bus Station (45THB). Easy walk to this temple from the drop-off point but rent a bike to get to the Historical Park. Cross the suspension bridge and the temple is in front of you. 20THB entrance fee. Lots of great photo opportunities.

The temple is stunning and well worth coming to see. You are spoilt for choice in Sukhothai but this is a "must see". It is large and you need to ensure you have time to see around it and to spend time relaxing and taking in the views around the site. Great photo opportunities.
