Just perfect! The whole team was really friendly and the institute was very clean. We were greeted kindly and everything was explained to us. We got a welcome tea and towel and also some tea, fruit, water and snacks afterwards. We went there spontaneously without an appointment but it was no problem at all. We haven’t expected it to be that relaxed afterwards. A great experience - we’ll do it again when back in Pai!

We were very happy to be able to enjoy good massage from experienced therapists from Sapaiya Spa. All therapists were very quiet when at work unlike at other spas who chatted amongst each other and felt like a market instead of a spa. We love it very much and will definitely be back again.

From the moment we went inside (we received a very warm welcome) it was a pleasure. The people who work at Sapaiya are very kind and also professionals. The tea at the start of the journey together with the information up front, make us felt really comfortable. The massage itself was amazing!! We would definetly reccomend Sapaiya to others!

Amazing experience, we did a Thai massage for 1:30h. After a wee introduction and explanation on the massage (with a welcoming ginger tea and refreshing towel) we could score from 1 to 5 how soft/firm we wanted the massage, which body part we wanted them to focus on or what to avoid. A professional staff took care of the four of us then. At the end they offered us a small snack and a fruit juice. The price is higher than what is advertised in the turistic massage center you find on the street but totally worth it. Congrats!

This was an amazing massage! The best in Pai. If you don’t want the road side massage experience Sapaiya is the place. It’s a 10-12 min walk from the central streets (it’s a nice walk) and totally worth the walk and money (£25 equivalent). If you want something more classy, clean and modern go here! It was amazing.

This is a special place. I am in aesthetics and this is one of my favorite spas I have ever been to. The spa is spotless and clients are greeted with herbal tea and a cold towel shaped like a rose. Then the owner goes over your treatment and addresses any areas of concern. Next she has you pick out a special organic scent to be incorporated into your treatment. The two packages I purchased would have cost 4x as much in the US or even Bangkok. After the treatment, you are served fresh orange juice and homemade local sesame bars. My skin feels like butter and I loved it so much. I went back twice in one week because I know what a special place it is. I highly recommend this spa,

Relaxation started the moment we were picked up from our hostel. The car smelled like essential oils and once we were dropped off, we were immediately greeted with a cold towel and ginger tea. They gave options to customize our own scrub, massage, and facial experience which allowed my friends and I to get exactly what each of us wanted. It was extremely clean, staff was very professional and nice, and overall was a beautiful experience. The massage and services itself was transcendent. I was in a state of complete relaxation at the end where it took me a few mins to come back down to earth. After we were given little snacks locally sourced like nuts, fruits, and a refreshing sugar cane and lemon drink. The owner then drove us back to our hostel and recommended a few other places we should try while staying in Pai. Cannot recommend enough!! Just book it.

Me and my friends got the “A in love” package and wow! It was amazing! From the moment they picked us up to the end it was so relaxing and refreshing! We could not stop talking about how amazing it was. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. I love how they let us choose our oils and scrub so it was more individualized. They know what they are doing here for sure, and I would highly recommend this place! Plus the owner spoke English well, so any concerns about injuries or questions that you have they can communicate and accommodate.

You are worth this pampering! This place is just WOW. It’s much more costly than the droves of cheap massage places you’ll find all over- but frankly, there’s no comparison. I get massages 2x per month in my non vacation life. When this place was recommended by a friend and I saw the prices- they are similar to the costs in Europe- I paused, but I am SO GLAD I decided to treat myself to this 2 hours of bliss! They take such great care of you and really go above and beyond. Pampering from the time you walk in until the time you leave! Excellence at its best.
