Although crowded at times, it's a very beautiful beach and a good place to spend a few hours. The crowds thinned out later in the day but the island closes at 5 pm, so don't go too late. Also good snorkeling especially on the side...More

The best day trip ever with the most amazing views. No water bottles to be taken in to the island but you can purchase water at a cafe there. Wear decent footwear!!

First of all depends on season and weather conditions. In good season it's very nice in both: above and under water. My advice: if you in normal condition and like to - go by yourself, solo or with friend/girlfriend by rented sea-kayak. Otherwise you can...More

We were there during a windy day and the visibility in the water was poor, it was almost impossible to see the tip of your fingers, not to mention fish or corals. I believe that when there's no wind and the sun is shining this...More

Great snorkeling and crystal clear water but thousands of people in life jackets ruined the stay. There are better places, but if you want to go, come early or late. They take your waterbottles so don't bring any

Go!!! It is an amazing place. Many tourists though. Go as early as possible. You are able to see many fantastic fish. It will cost 100 baht pr. person to enter. It is not allowed to bring plastic bottles or diving equipment.

Check with songserm or lomphraya as far as boats back to Surat Thani. Honestly your best bet is to go to any travel agency and ask their advice. Super helpful.

I've been told early afternoon from the locals on Koh Tao, due to the large numbers or tourist groups that come early morning. However, it may not make to big a difference if it's not busy season and the islands are not... More

Hello. Possible, but price will be high. Better to use 1-day tour or just go be big ship or fast big boat (2-3 times per day) to Koh Tao and there rent a local taxi boat to Koh Nang Yuan (about 300 Baht in both ways)
