We (3 adults, 1 child from Denmark) booked a trial dive over the phone the day before our dive, and had a chance to talk with an instructor about what we needed to have with us. On the day of the dive, we joined up with two other Danes and met our instructors, Kris (from Poland) and Louis (from Australia),... More

I would highly recommend this place! People are very nice and the instructors very professional! It's a place where you learn what you should and need to, but can have plenty of fun at the same time!

Just finished my PADI open water certificate at simple life divers, and what an awesome experience it was. Had the best instructor in Louis, who was just awesome from the first moment to the last. Very good at learning the skills, but was so relaxed and calm at the same time so you didnt feel pressured or insecure. An awesome... More

Got in touch with Simple Life the day before arriving, they arranged a free taxi to pick me up and I was able to start the course that afternoon - cheers Gary. The instructor I had was just Amazing - big thanks to Hannah for passing on her knowledge and making it all so much fun. And to the dive... More

I chose simple life mostly off it's good reviews and they are spot on! I stayed in the dorm room and made really good friends with the 7 other solo backpackers I had as roommates that I happily now call my Travel partners. There's a great atmosphere here and in a good location (right between the town/pier and the nightlife... More

I came to Koh Toa looking to complete my Openwater diving course and am extremely happy with my experience. I booked with Simple Life the morning of my arrival on the island and only had a few days on the island. I was put into a group of 4 the evening of my arrival, in the morning we met with... More

I spent a little over a week with the Simple Life crew and can honestly say I can't fault them. The bar staff, reception, cleaning and dive crew were all incredible people. I came to Koh Tao with no diving experience and left with my Advanced Open Water Certificate. The process was fluid, professional and a whole lot of fun.... More

Only having gone diving once before in Australia and finding it a little daunting, I came into the course a little nervous. The other four ladies in my group were either refreshing their diving skills and knowledge, or were new just like me. We had an instructor called Hannah who eased our nerves so much! We were all so grateful... More

Been to the "simple life" for fundives and to begin with the divemaster forgot me. The currents were so strong the first stop so she said when we got on the boat again that we shouldnt have jumped into the water to begin with. And the briefing missed a lot of relevant information. I was disappointed so the next day... More
