Such a beautiful spot Took a small boat to get out to the sand at a very low cost It was hard to climb up from the water to get to the island so I recommend people wear Flip-Flops/reef shoes You do need to pay to access the beach and this again can be hard as you don't want to... More

The most stunning place I've ever seen! Get there super early!! We arrived at 10 o'clock thinking that was fine, you couldn't see the sand it was so busy!! Also What they don't tell you is there's a charge when you get onto the beach which was slightly annoying not going with enough money! There is a little snack shop... More

It's a place for tourists to visit in this neckband the woods...and everyone does! Too many boats and too many people for anyone to be able to appreciate what was it's natural beauty...if you are really early in the day you may be lucky to see its potential

Every single people went on boat trip and beach just looks overcrowded with all the people and boats in the water at the same time. Should make a pier instead where boats could stay a little further from the beach area. Other than that, this is where Leonardo DiCaprio's movie 'The Beach' took place

Stay on the boat. The beach is horribly busy. At least on the boat you can sail towards the beach, and then turn around and look out to see; pretending there aren't 10,000 people behind you.

we came here on a boat tour and it's definitely worth a visit, shouldn't be missed! It truly is beautiful, clearest waters and whitest beach, the only major downside is how crowded it gets!! I've never seen such a crowded beach so try and come early in the morning to avoid this

Con, scam, scanked, robbed.!!! footnote -"my wife doesn't swim" (remember this). So we booked an excursion through a ticket seller near our hotel on phi phi. 350tbh each and we was told if we wanted to actually go on the beach it would be another 400tbh each to step on the sand. Which we would pay the boat driver. We... More

Maya Bay is Stunning!! If you go to Thailand you must go! It’s a picturesque island most famous for being the setting of the film ‘The Beach’ with Leonardo0 DiCaprio. IMPORTANT: The way of getting to Maya Bay is by booking a boat tour from Phi Phi island. So many people book bad tours and it’s easy to do! Because... More
