Its certainly one the island you would want to visit not just because James Bond movie was shot here but then its incredibly beautiful however its too crowded so you can not connect with nature even if you wish too! You take a Ferry from Phuket for this place and they take you to Maya Bay, Phi Phi Island and... More

Great place to visit but try to arrange a private boat and avoid "rush hours" otherwise it is too crowded with big boats from Phuket. It looks like it is possible to hire a long tail boat from Phi Phi for about 1500b to visit this beach and the nearby bays.

So gorgeous, it is like a postcard. Although it is beautiful, I must warn that it is very busy and the view can be filled with boats. The boat ride there is nice and scenic though. Pick a tour that does multiple islands.

A beautiful sight. And do not convince seeing all this beauty. It was very crowded and tourists from different countries had come by ship.

Our long boat crushed in coming back, it was disappointing. Leaders were not much friently and didnt know english well. Every toure have an extra fee as enterance fee for goverment,... More

Where do I start.... well this was a full day boat trip with breakfast and lunch included. I would suggest booking your boat trips whilst you are in Thailand and not online. Prices differ a lot if you are good at negotiating. I would also suggest bringing your own snorkel and flippers if you have them, not all boats trips... More

Sorry to say but this site has been ruined. There once was a time when you could relax at this beach, swim in the bay, and enjoy the amazing scenery...now it is a non-stop parade of noisy boats unloading even noisier Chinese tourists on day-trip from Phuket. It was literally shoulder to shoulder. So sad. Stay away people. Much better... More

"The beach" famous thanks to Hollywood, Is one of the most popular places to visit in Thailand. It's really nice beach but not the best of Phi Phi It's full of people (I Prefer Lo Sa Ma Bay, Pileh Lagoon and Bamboo Island of course). If you are planning a visit, You should go between 6 and 10 am, after... More

Yes, it's busy (thanks, Leonardo) but mainly in the mornings. Fewer boats come here in the afternoon so plan accordingly if you can. The snorkelling is great either way and the scenery is spectacular. We saw Moray eels, Sea Snakes, Moorish Idols, more Blacktip Reef sharks than I could count - and a lot more. Hire a longtail boat to... More
