Lovely long sandy beach lined by trees for shade. Sea urchins in the water are slightly problematic. There are only sunbeds at far side of beach, near hotels, but no umbrellas.

Is this paradise? Be careful~ is it not a pure sand bottom. Some buried coral. Protective footwear needed.

Quiet to a degree but not boring. Very clean, great variety and very safe. Good food and easy to get to other areas of the island.

The location is just fine but the venue is horrible. Very much a mass tourist place and most staff members are very unfriendly, lazy and not willing to help out. We even had someone that was raising her voice to us because we had a question. Most staff members need serious training. The room that was next to the kitchen (don't except that one, lots of noise and horrible smells) had a lot of flies. The sheets were really old with stains and all furniture totally outdated and were not looking at all like what they show on the pictures. There are so many nice venues and resorts and places to find in Koh Phangan, better to skip this one unless you really like a big place with lots of mainstream tourists and a place that is overcharging you on basically everything.

Very unfriendly hotel staff. 1. The hotel has a Deposit for the key. This is not indicated on the booking. 2. When we said that we were seeing this for the first time in 2 months of travel, they refused to settle us. Even if we pay the Deposit, they won't let us settle. 3. Andministrator yelled at us. 4. Bike Parking is far away. The staff doesn't help carry things. 5. We needed sockets to charge the phone, but we were kicked out of the socket. 6. When we asked the chief, we were told to call Bangkok. Terrible attitude to guests.
