Lovely deep water, with a river to wash off in after! Old style bungalows, so a bit of a feeling of what it used to be like on the east coast...

Not sure I would stay there with children given its isolated. Took a couple of day trips there for the day. 10 minute boat from Haad Rin. Worth the trip.

I visited the Barcelona Resort twice whilst on holiday on Ko Phangan, the first time the taxi boats weren’t running because the waves were too high, so I took the 4 X 4 Taxi through the jungle, which is a wild and exciting experience not to be missed. The second time I took the Barcelona Resort taxi boat (the one... More

I travelled here as part of a group. To get here you have to take a long tailboat which the Barcelona resort owns. From the minute we got here we were treated you very well. The bartenders remembered you by name and always remembered what drinks you ordered. They even had a special boat service to the full moon party... More

This is a crazy little beach with a wide variety of entertainment. From stoned hippies smoking dope in the restaurants to gourmet pop up dining. Definitely worth a visit!!

Love Eden, Love Bamboo Hut. Best parties, good food. MINUS: between pariya resort and big blue restaurant and bungalows theres a boat-taxi station. It is bossed by a woman who in the store behind it also offers a laundryservice and some snacks. Sometimes, if they feel really heroic they will lie to you about waiting too long and having to... If you want to experience the full moon party at Haad Rin, go for it.... But I advise before you get drunk to make your way over to Eden. The only way there is by a little boat and the waves may freak you out a bit. Totally different and more mature party crowd here. Leave your neon "full moon"... More

Heaven on earth. Quiet, wild, and gorgeous all mixed in one. Don't come if you are pretentious, come if you want to connect, unplug, unite, and love. This place is full of spirit and warmth. It is a place where one can find oneself. It is a place of refuge and meditation. It is also the same place to let... More

We found it hard to get accommodation as becoming very popular. Its a lovely bay and great for a swim. The best restaurant is Big Blue and they have beach lounge chairs right on the beach, which you can order food or beer from at good prices.
