Beautiful, stunning rustic and utterly breathtaking beach. We walked round from red pearl resort, well in fact we ran/walked first one morning, saw monkeys in the trees along the road on the way and had the whole beach to ourselves first thing. We then later took the kids during the day - we had lunch at the little bungalows restaurant/bar and was served by a charming, very young French boy - the food was lovely and great value and a lovely breeze in the restaurant made it very comfortable after the heat of the beach. You can also get there by boat from chakolum. My favourite place on a trip that has seen many different beaches!

This beach is located in the north as is fairly easy to get to as it is accessed for most part by the main highway on the island. After that you break off on to a dirt road which is by no means difficult to ride on. One you get to this beach you will be amazed. The beach is quite secluded but isn't empty or isolated as well as has a few heavenly cottages that you can stay at. One of my favourite beaches at Koh Phangan.

Yesterday we saw Paradise .......Coral Beach in Koh Phangan. What a beautiful gift from Mother Nature.....for sure a lifetime experience and a true ultimate destination. If you already have your bucket list in place........add this one.
Unfortunately this beautiful scenery is polluted by a little hippie " look a like " lady from Israel who actually is running the only bar on the beach .....Coral Bar !
The typical example of NOT how to run a business.........
Our advice to the owners of this enterprise ....get rid of the shrimp, dump her or offer her a job at the local fur coat store .

This beach is not easy to find, but is probably one of the most beautiful of the island. In general there are not so many people, so you can enjoy in peace.

A lovely non touristy hidden gem of a beach. Not easy to access unless you have own transport and hence not so crowded. Mostly people who are staying there.

Beautiful beach, great for swimming (deep water, not like many of the beaches on the west coast), and also you can rent a kayak there.

Very good snorkeling, although it can be tough to access depending on the tide. Lots of sea urchins, so watch where you step. Seen monkeys just off the beach, little off the beaten path so not too busy in the morning.

This beach was fun! It had a good vibe. The sand was more course, but there were lots of shells and coral to look at. The tide was quite low when we went and we found a nice sandy spot to hang out at while in the water. This beach had shaded spots to hang out at as well, which was enjoyable. The kids and husband said that snokelling was great, and they saw lots! A great trek to make for the day on the northern part of the Island.

Nice small beach, with a quite natural environment where sometimes you can see monkeys (not to feed). Water is beautiful, you can see some fishes but it is shallow.
The trees are very close to the shore side, so you can find a pleasant shadow to avoid the heat.

Amazing beach front with dense coconut trees. Great for sun bathing and sleeping under the trees at the beach! Crystal clear waters were a treat to watch
