Explore with us caves, hidden lagoons ,white sand beaches and Emerald lake. Snorkelling among the shallow coral gardens makes this trip very popular and fascinating. National Marine Park Angthong, translates as ‘golden bowl’, occupies almost 250 sq km and includes 50 sq km of limestone islands and karst topography which rise from the sea as dramatic rock cliffs and bizarre rock formations. You can benefit of our long experience of private cruises and being well known here in Koh Phangan Island for providing first class service. Quality, flexibility and personal service is our concept!

Went for the trip to the Marine park, with a Snorkelling stop at wow island, a walk around a beautiful lagoon at the second island stop, a kayak tour and lunch at the third island stop and finally a 500 altitude meter hike to a great viewpoint on the final stop. On the plus side: Our guide spoke great English... More

We did the Angthong marine park day tour and it was a fairly miserable experience from start to finish, mostly due to the rudeness of the guide. Issues with him (annoyingly I've forgotten his name) began at the very start of the day when he got on the boat, looked around and started loudly complaining to everyone who would listen... More

Booked the ang thong national marine park, with pick up from our hotel in Lamai, Koh Samui. The day worked seamlessly from pick up to arriving back. The marine park is amazingly beautiful. Make sure you take a waterproof bag for any electrical items as the speed boat can get a little wet! Only improvement would be a bit more... More

We did one full day tour with Alexander, who was great entertainment with his straight forward/funny persona. "Any questions? Ok, get off my boat" haha got me every time. Next day we did a half day tour with Arm. His laid back chill personality made the trip nice and relaxing as well as entertaining. He made sure to go out... More

We went to Phangan island for a day. Our guide Tawan was really fun and and made sure we had a good day. There were only a few of us on the trip so it was more fun and intimate. Activities were great although rushed sometimes. Lunch was good. Did not like the elephant farm as I think it's a... More

Please continue reading this for your own safety. Reconsider booking Safari Boat tour to Ang Thong. Be cautious with whatever company you choose and monitor weather conditions several days before. These companies do not care about your safety (although they all promise it in their brochures) so you need to make sure it is safe for yourself. Our tour should... More

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your trip. The trip would have been cancelled if we had any knowledge of the weather being bad, but it can be very hard to tell in South East Asia. Our customers safety is always our priority and we do apologize if... More

We decided to book with the Safari boat because the web site of the Angthong national park recommends them and now we really do not understand why. The day trip around the marine park is very hectic and you do not have time to enjoy anything, assuming that you can when surrounded by tons of tourists. Also, the boat goes... More

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are very sorry that you were unhappy with your trip. Angthong park is a popular marine park and a must see if you visit Koh Phangan, due to this it can unfortunately be crowded during high season. We did the one day trip around Ang Thong National Park. We did a similar trip to this in Halong Bay in northern Vietnam. This trip was far more enjoyable these islands are pristine. A van picked us up from our accommodation and dropped us to the dock. There was some light refreshment there before boarding the boat. On the... More

We took the Safari boat to Angthong Marine Park and had an incredible time. Snorkeling first thing, a quick stair hike to a isolated lagoon, buffet on the beach, kayaking among beautiful islands, and hiking to an insanely incredible view. Totally worth it. Two suggestions. If you think you may get nauseous, take the pills they offer the boat can... More

Booked this a full day snorkelling trip of Angthong National Park through my hotel with this company, the staff were all quite rude, we didn't even get to snorkel within the national park, just some island on the outskirts of the park. The snorkelling was just so so as well, not much coral or sea life. The rest of the... More

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are very sorry that you got the wrong information about our Angthong day trip. Since the trip includes other activities than snorkeling the time for each activity is limited. We hope you will give our tours a chance in the future, All the best, The Safari Boat Team More
