In all honesty, the waterfalls are average at best. It is more a meandering river going down an average sloped set of rocks, really nothing spectacular.
Having said that, the waterhole at the bottom is in a gorgeous location with a couple of dodgy rope swings (my mates thought I had rocks in my head climbing up the trees to jump from higher - waiting for the ropes to break)
Better than that though is the company of the caretaker of the property. We got stuck there in a massive rain squall. She had no real food to speak of, but helped us out with some two minute noodle type stuff. Once the rain cleared, she rang some friends up the road who owned a "restaurant" (read a tin roof over some tables) and they put on a feast for us - 15 plates of food as well as beers all round cost us the grand total of like $30 Aussie dollars.
Great place to stop and cool down, just don't expect Niagara falls.

It is not an amazing place.. Don't expect a spectacular waterfall. However, you can take a bath and there are some ropes to jump to the water which is cool.
There is a restaurant with very nice shakes and my favourite: banana chips! yey.
Go there if you are around or if you feel like exploring. But it is not a must do.

I enjoyed this waterfall. The Island had rain the day before I went here, so water was flowing well. By all means it's not going to be massively impressive or the main reason to visit the Island, but while you are vacationing, I recommend taking a scooter or motorcycle trip around the Island and making a stop here. The fun is in getting there. It's not easy to locate but it's not too bad even without a GPS. The local roads on a scooter or motorcycle are FUN and sometimes a bit exciting. I made several trips around the Island exploring on an enduro type motorcycle. The first though was on a scooter and I learned that weighing 200 lbs, a scooter can sometimes lack enough power to go all the places I wanted to go without difficulty. So rent the motorcycle, it's worth the extra $.
Again, this should be considered a stop along the way while you explore the Island. What's cooler than water flowing over rocks for relaxing you? I loved it, as getting there was half the fun.

A quick scooter ride or short walk from Chokalum. This beautiful waterfall can be a little tricky to find as there is no signage but google maps should help and it's a short walk up a dirt track off the main road. There is a small fee to swim that is used to maintain and keep the waterfall clean for future visitors. You can hike up to the top relatively easier enough and there is a swimming hole that you can enjoy. A must-see!

Easy to get to from the main road although the hill is quite steep to ride up on a scooter.....There was water in the main pool so we could cool off from the hot sun.

If you like staring at rocks that are supposed to have water flowing over them then, it's great, if not well....

Fun road up to the base and to what looks like it would be a really cool area. We went mid October and all the water level are really low and no one tends the welcome bar, don’t go during this time.

Paradise Waterfall Koh Phangan is definitely worth a stop even in dry season. From rope swings to interacting with local kids. Paradise Waterfall Koh Phangan was definitely our favourite. Although there wasn’t really any fast flowing water due to dry season, the place had a real good vibe. There were locals jumping from a rope swing and the kids were having a real good time interacting with the tourists. There is a restaurant right at the entrance too, so if you get peckish after a tiring afternoon rope swinging, you’re in good hands. Amazing . and not so far chaloklum beach.
