The perfection of relaxation - for first timers to experinced one, for youngsters to silver foxes!

I'm so grateful that Oasis Yoga was open after Covid-19! I was really in need of vacation and relaxation for both mind and body. Yoga room was open and located outside where you could hear the birds and feel the warm soft breeze of wind, so practicing conditions were great. I only took classes, I was not living at the Oasis bungalows, so I can speak only about yoga.

I practised first time Flow and Ying Yoga and I'm very glad that I did. I was looking for astanga but since I'm in the beginning of my yoga journey, stiff as a stick and pretty stressed out over 40 years old office worker, there where no more suitable forms of yoga for me than these two! Ying was sooooo relaxing with it's long stretches and mindfullness practices. Although Flow kept my thoughts better in line since I had to consentrate and push myself more. No matter which class I tended, I felt I had massaged internally, both body and mind!

There were always different kind of options from easy to challenged one, so Ying and Flow truly suits for all no matter your age or condition is! Every class had something new moves (I went 9 times if remember correctly) along with familiar ones.

The teacher Farra (hope I write correctly) was absolutely great! Clear american english was easy to understand and she had great sence of humor. She convinced us to let go any comparison and judgements and just feel ourselves how far do we want to go today. I felt no embarrasment at anytime, just pure joy.

Oasis yoga provided all equipments like mats, blocks, pillows etc. so dont't be afraid just to join in, no reservation needed - at least not in Covid-19 time.

I encourage all of you who want to maximize the relaxation on your vacation or just want to yoga with teacher to try. If you are more experienced, don't worry either, Farra will find you the option, I'm sure : )

Good food, friendly staff, nice clean rooms. This is more than a yoga place, it is really an oasis in the middle of Klong dao. Beautiful garden! The yoga is excellent, all levels. This is the third year we been here and it just gets better and better...🤗

Beautiful location, great class
Jan 2020 • Family
I had several yoga classes here and loved it!

The atmosphere in the small resort where the classes are held is relaxed and everything breathes a love for details to make sure that the visitors have a great time.

The classes are available for every level. They can get quite full in the high season, so it's best to be there about 30 minutes in advance (I had to leave one time because there was no more space left)

Absolutely beautiful - not to be missed!
Jun 2019 • Friends
Oasis Yoga is absolutely beautiful - it truly is an Oasis, surrounded by colourful gardens and just steps away from the beach.

The yoga classes, led by Farra, are some of the best in Thailand. She skillfully makes each class accessible to every one, from beginner to advanced yoga practitioner. Her classes are playful and nurturing and she ensures that everyone feels welcomed.

The food is absolutely delicious - so healthy, tasty and beautifully presented, with lots of options for various types of dietary requirements. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The bungalows are lovely with thoughtful decoration and very good value for the pricing.

Having stayed at a few places in Koh Lanta, Oasis Yoga is definitely somewhere that I will continue to return to year after year.

Calm and friendly place, beautiful garden and that little extra touch and thought in every detail that makes you feel supercomfortable. Extra plus for fresh healty food, funky dishes and free presscoffe for hotelguests. We’ll be back!

Oasis is the best place to stay! The service is great: the staff is very friendly and the food is fantastic. Bungalows are spacious and lovely situated in a garden. The yogaclasses are very nice, there is always a class to find that suits you!

Gem on Koh Lanta!
Feb 2019
I did not stay at this resort but went over several mornings for yoga classes. The setting is beautiful, a wooden platform shala with a light breeze coming off the sea not too far from the resort. I went to classes led by both Farra and Kate and both are wonderful instructors. In addition to the quality classes, these two made everyone feel welcome. This is a gem on Koh Lanta. I cannot imagine there is any better place on the island to practice. Thank you for this lovely way to start the mornings of my holiday!

New Years Day 2 Hour Session - AMAZING
Jan 2019 • Friends
What a great start to 2019 - we went to the 9-11am 2 hour meditation and yin flow at Oasis yoga. The instructor was fantastic, knowledgable and made the session your own. Would have loved to go here again but unfortunately we were moving to another part of the island the next day. The session cost 400 BAHT which for 2 hours was very reasonable and provide mats, towels, knee pads and pillows. Would go again!
