We have been to many different cooking schools in different countries and this was by far the most enjoyable. From the initial information session with a refreshing local herbal drink to the outdoor market place Chef Pak made the experience exceptional and displayed his vast knowledge with his sense of humour. We learned more in one hour at the market than a lifetime of grocery store visits! When we returned to the cooking school, a very well organized, modern and clean facility welcomed us each with our own cooking station. We prepared a four course dinner and learned how to eat it appropriately and received the best experience possible. Chef Pak and his assistant were most attentive at all times. We learned, laughed, ate well, and were safely delivered to our resort. We went as a family of five four adults and our 14 year old granddaughter; we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend the Sukho Cuisine Cooking School to those who are truly interested in the culinary and cultural treasures of Thailand. My husband and I just completed the 4 course dinner cooking class including the market tour. What an excellent experience!! Pak arrived on time at our hotel to pick us up. The greeting from the beginning was happy and sincere. Pak tought us about the herbs and spices, the language, the cooking and the culture. We've been eating thai food incorrectly for far too long!! The market tour was such a wonderful experience. He was able to show us different vendors foods and processes to prepare those foods, and we got to sample a variety of treats. The cooking instruction was clear at every step and they made the time in the kitchen a lot of fun. He took the time to clarify how to personalize spice levels for individual taste. The foods we prepared were delicious and he took the time to show us appropriate ways to eat the dishes. We highly recommend any of the classes offered as the team working with Pak all work hard and are very professional and also are genuine in their desire for your enjoyment. Pak drove us back to our resort at the end of our class and they even packaged up the extra food we couldn't finish for us to have as leftovers later.

Chef Pak has a very passionate way of teaching how to prepare and serve thai food. He explains everything in detail, me&my husband learned a lot about Thai veggies, herbs and spices. He also offered us good ideas how to cook the dishes with veggies&fruit from Europe. Our class was with 4 people, and we cooked lots of food, we even could take something home! Chef Pak was so flexible he even changed the menu to our favourite dish on short notice - Panag Curry ❤️. All in all a very cool experience, but take into account that you will be cooking for 5 full hours. Would defenitely do it again!

100% would recommend this to anyone who was going to Koh Lanta. It’s is a definite must do!!! Our teacher Pak was charming, fun, high skilled and knowledgable as well as his helper. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Food was awesome! I cannot stress how much I would recommend doing this cooking course.

Amazing experience I highly recommend !! I really wanted to make some cooking classes during my holiday in Thailand and I couldn't be happier to do that at Sukho Cuisine. Thanks to Akkapak we discovered first a local market. You will taste and smell a lot of different food and he will reply to your question about Thai food. Then you'll be directly in action cooking for you and your group. No worries, if you're a beginner Chef Pak and his staff will be there for you and help. We made a delicious appetizer + fried rice with pineapple and coconut milk-based dessert. I can't wait to come back home and cook this menu for my friends. I attended the carving course with Chef Pak. As I was the only guest that time, I had the chance to get like an individual course which was great quality! The chef is very nice, passionate and fun. Highly recommend this school !

My group had a great time learning to cook Thai with Pak. We learnt a lot about the different ingredients used and Pak was very entertaining. Don't look further as this is the best school in Koh Lanta. The free transport was very convenient. Thank you Pak and your team for looking after my tour group from My Time to Travel. We chose the option with the visit of the local market. We learned a lot about thai products (we could even taste them). I would personally make the visit a bit shorter. The cooking class was very interesting. The chef is funny and explain clearly how to prepare the dishes and how to cook ingredients. We shared this experience with a nice group of people. The two negative points: too hot inside and drinks not included in the price.

We did a wednesday cookingclass and it was an amazing experience! First Pak tought us about the dishes and of we went to the local market to get our supplies. When we got there Pak explained about the ingridients and showed us many kinds of traditional Thai food. We loved it! Then we went on with the cooking and with the help of Charip we made deliscious food! *Don’t eat in advance ;) At the end we got the recepybook and a certificate!

Amazing course that I can warmly recommend. I was supposed to go one day but I ended up going on three occasions.
