I booked a Thai massage and it was great. You come into a beautiful spa area and are immediately greeted with a delicious tea. You are then led through the shoe rack into the massage room - dark, cool, smells good with quiet, relaxing music.
The massage was great, could have been a bit harder in places.
Overall, you pay a lot more here than at the small massage shops on the street. We paid 750 THB per person for 90 minutes. On the street you usually see signs with 250-350 THB for a 60-minute massage.
We can't compare the massages themselves, but the ambience in the Bua Luang Spa was worlds better!

Did an hour Thai massage - what a great experience!
Beautiful and clean surroundings. Was welcomed by friendly staff and was served a drink before and after the treatment.
Treatment rooms are airconditioned perfectly, not too warm, not too cold. Lovely decor and ambient music.
We wore comfy clothes provided by the spa. Therapist checked in during treatment.
Pricing is fair. Would definitely go again.

I just had a 1 hour Thai Massage by Nual and chose the traditional Deep Tissue pressure and was thrilled by her skill set and the results.
They ask you about your pressure preference do that they can fine tune to your needs.
They asked for your expectations before your massage and for feedback immediate following your massage.
For a resort massage, I was very pleased with the authenticity of this massage and the results were very evident.
I’d recommend this experience to anyone staying at Twin Lotus.

This must be the worst massage I've ever had in my life. It was unpleasant . They need better training. Waste of money!!!!

Consistent, professional massage provided by friendly staff. Lovely ambience and clean environment. Welcomed by refreshing cool tea then followed by hot ginger tea after after treatment... Such a treat!
We visited 3 times during our stay at Twin Lotus, lovely each time!

Just had the couples 90 minute aromatherapy massage. What an amazing experience. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The ladies doing the massage are extremely skilled at massage and constantly check that you are comfortable with the massage. Definitely a deep tissue massage and imagine we will still be glowing in the morning. Thank you so much ladies

I had a Thai massage today with Pae. She was well informed and communicated everything really well. Her massage had just enough pressure and she checked with me the whole way through.
The spa was clean, relaxing and felt like a paradise away from paradise. I’ve never been to a spa in Thailand, thinking that I’d rather a massage from a parlour on the streets, saving some money for what I assumed would be a similar experience. Oh boy, was I wrong. For only 50baht extra than the nearest massage parlour, it was a whole new experience.
I have already booked in again tomorrow.

We visited spa ten times during our visit in Twin Lotus. Thai massage, aromatherapy massage and deep tissue massage were all outstanding. Staff is super friendly and caring :)

Do you do hair wash and dry? If not, can you recommend a place close by as I will be staying at Twin Bay.
