This bar was quite a walk from us, but it was worth it as we loved our time there. It is part of a bigger resort, but the bar itself stands alone and is very cool indeed. When the Sun is setting, they offer some great cocktails and cold beers – it is still worth getting a glass of ice, though, as it soon warms up in this heat! The service is lovely and they play some very relaxed music so enjoy your drinks whilst taking in the beautiful views of the islands and the beach.

We were fortunate enough to come to big Bang Bar in 2015 and have been back every year since. Jo, Bang and Lek are the most welcoming hosts ever and make an effort to ensure your visit is perfect. The bar is located in a prime position on klong Nin Beach (in Lanta Paragon) and offer good food and a wide selection of drinks. The hospitality from Jo and Bang is outstanding and the bar is so well run. Everyone is so friendly We were lucky enough to find this bar and B and B on the off chance and have not looked back and have returned every year to see the lovely hosts who we are privileged enough to call friends

Enjoyed this lovely little beach bar for a week while visiting Koh Lanta. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, felt like family. Great cocktails, great friends... highly recommend a visit here :)

Nice and welcoming staff. First we had a drink by the beach and watch the sunset, very nice. The drinks were okey,, but it was at happy hour so it only cost us 50 bath each. :) After drinks we had dinner and I had a very good pad thai and fried banan for dessert. They had fireshow at the evening. We had two meals at this place.

We had some cocktails here which were very good! Went back another time for breakfast and were a bit disappointed by the tiny portions. What we got was very tasteful though! Next time we will order more than one plate per person

We really enjoyed several sunset or dinners there on the beach. Good food, good cocktails, good prices and good music! We will be back!

The staff here is really amazing. You can have good and strong cocktails and also really nice food while watching the sunset. Definitely recommend.

We fell into this bar at my request because they have craft ale - Thai Craft Ale. So we had some beach BBQ food some great beers and met a few people from the international community. It was an amazing night out. Its my wifes 40th today and the guys have helped me sort out a cake..... Literally on the back of a scooter, borrowed flip flops, these people are just lovely. So if you like meeting people, if you like good food, if you like all kinds of beer, if you like a super chilled time on the beach..... This is the place. If you're visiting, stop by for a beer. We really loved the Big Bang Bar..... open for breakfast through to a night cap. Sitting there in the evening with the beautiful ocean in front and the soft sand under feet makes for an idyllic setting. The bar is decorated with pretty lighting and adds to the romantic ambience of this wonderful beach bar There are plenty of drinks to choose from and happy hour is from midday to 1900 which is actually seven happy hours of cocktails at 100baht. That's big bang for your buck. Bang himself is a gracious and attentive host and prides himself in a very well run bar. The Big Bang Bar most definitely gets a double thumbs up!

This beach bar is the best I've visited on the island (quite a few ;) the staff are so friendly making you feel right at home. The drinks are well priced and portions are generous. All the cocktails I tried were great, like the Thai-jito, Moscow mule, and also top quality G&T's. The music is all good taste (not too much of the boom boom like other bars) and they even take song requests. I'll be back! :)
