You can see a very high Buddha here. Many different temples located together. Some are Chinese temples. Quite nice for me since I am a believer. There is an area where you may feed the fishes. However I am not sure if the fishes are...More

The Buddha is really big and beautiful. Though big it is a little hidden (some people of our group missed it). Nice buildings around, like a Chinese temple. But you have to go inside (behind al buildings) to see the Buddha.

We stopped off to visit this temple as one of three on a boat ride. It is impressive with the largest seated Buddha in Thailand. It cost 20 baht to enter. It is a working temple, so you need to keep in mind people are...More

Well our visit coincided with the first day of the new lunar year, so there were throngs of devotees going to offer prayers, give thanks or seeking divine intervention. The giant Buddha was not possible to enter because of the crowd, and also because it...More
