There is nothing much in the lake as hyped if you consider the hardships to reach there. One has to be very patient to get to this lake which is around... More

It is one of the best places to visit in kodaikanal really scenic view but getting permission was difficult and you have to pay extra as given in the charges list, limited vehicles are allowed inside each day. For booking at forest office you have to reach by 8 am in the morning. Anyway it was worth it, no boating... More

There are no snacks or water available around the lake. The water is pure and serene. The place is green and peaceful n non crowded since government allows only... More

The total drive from Villa Retreat to this lake through the forest was the most amazing experience in compare to the other attractions around the Kodaikanal. One need to take a prior permission from the forest department to enter to the forest to visit the lake first thing early morning as there are ques for the same. Fortunately the forest... More

Unlike other lakes, this lake has got a lot to see around once you get down to the lake. But You have to go through berijam forest reserve (which requires special permission from forest department) to reach this lake. It is like 10-12km from kodai lake. You can take your own car or book a sharing cab or separate cab... More
