After parking your car you need to walk for 5 min to reach the lake.
Good view around. You can click lot of fotos.there is a small temple here. Toilet is available and they charge RS 10. But it's not maintained.

Yes sir U should get a letter from the officials (should provide all the details) from forest dept. Aletter will be provided which they will ask u in the gate check point after pillar rock.
