A natural beauty ruined by street venders. It is high time that our tourism department gives dedicated spaces to these venders so as to allow people to enjoy the natural beauty of the place

Due to misty ad foggy weather conditions, we could not get good view of Pillar Rocks, but the entire view of green-top mountains against blue-sky coated in misty white fog was too good and soothing experience.

A picturesque place with nice view on a clear day.They have a ticket of Rs 10/- per person for going to the view area.

Pillars Rocks are located at a distance of 8 km from the lake tower.At this attraction,tourists can see three granite boulders that are standing vertically shoulder to shoulder.

Visited the pillar rocks place one of the tourist attractions on our kodaikanal trip. Place for taking some photos.Enjoyed the shapes of the rocks.

Nothing much exciting. Lots and lots of crowd. The view is breath taking. The rock ate in shape of pillar. Could not take family pic because it is usually crowded like hell all the time.

We visited the Pillar Rocks when it was almost noon. The whole area was covered with must with no visibility of the rocks. Just as we decided to turn back, the mist cleared and the sight seemed like it was taken out of movie "Avatar"...More

Enjoyed the scenic view and the amazing weather at pillar rocks in Kodaikanal... The place is awesome for people who enjoy natural beauty.... Must see while in Kodaikanal.

Very gud.initially it was very foggy but slowly the fog went away and revealed the majestic pillar rocks

Everything in kodaikanal is bit expensive, when compared to Ooty. for 5 people it varies between 1750 to 2500.

PILLAR ROCKS are about 9 Km from Kodaikanal Lake, if you are going by GOLF LINK ROAD. If you go by the normal site seeing route via TEN MILE ROAD, it is 12 km from lake. In this site seeing route we will see PINE TREE... More
