You have to visit it because you are in kerala.

It's a overpriced show. Actors are very professional. In the end of the show you can take pictures with artists that was really amazing. Rest is ok ok :)

Get front seat ticket so that you can see the makeup and facial expressions of Kathakali artist closely. They involve audience too in their act. Martial art was breathtaking. The performers have great skill. MUST VISIT !!!

First time live Kathakali show and loved it - though have no expertise to judge it's quality. My 6 year old son also loved it. Sadly we were running short of time and could not attend the kariyakattam martial arts show.

It's not worth the money they ask. It would be better if you walk in the serene tea gardens than watch this show.

Name itself says it all, it is like a second life for all the performers who perform such breath taking stunts. Good to see the incredible effort by these guys in keeping our old tradition alive by putting their life's on risk and performing such dare devil stunts. The way all the acts were planned, the way it was performed were... Well planned two shows of Kathakali and Kalarayapattu. Kathakali story changes every day so if you like it you can go again as we ourselves did. Kalarayapattu performance was also quite enthralling. Both performances had real artists with real instruments.

The Kathakali dance is a little boring for people like me who like things a little fast paced. but the martial arts show is defo worth it.

The show starts at 5pm and we were there by 5:50 so couldn't watch Kathakkali. So if you want to watch both the shows be there before 5pm. Maritial arts show was really great. Although the commentary was in English, we couldn't understand any of it. The signature moves were great and we could see that performers have put in... More
