Stunning sunrise

Sunrise is one of the best you could see in your life. There is a beauty in waiting for the sun wake up.

The jeep ride to the top was rough but well worth it for the beauty that revealed itself with each turn in the road. Not to be missed

Our advice is to arrange for a... More

Not recommended for old age people. Recently the Jeep drivers have started taking people for night stay in camp. People are throwing all left over eatables and... More

Jeep is the only vehicle allowed till the highest point in kolukkumalai. Even though the journey is a little tiresome it is worth the pains....its totally mesmerising. The peak gives a beautiful view of both Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The green carpet look of the beautiful tea estates is really heavenly. It is a really must go. You can also... More

Road leading to Kolukkumali Tea Estate is almost 20 Km long from Suryanelli, which itself is 25 km from Munnar. There's only Mahindra Jeeps available for Suryanelli to Kolukkumali journey. Entire journey barring first 4-5 kms is off road. Route is very narrow and risky. Ride is bumpy and back breaking. But the views enroute and on top is worth...Excellent... More
