Eco Point is one of the beautiful locations on the way Top Station from Munnar. You can enjoy the natural beauty of trees,mountains and lake here. This place gets its name from the natural echo phenomenon here.

Nice place with trees mountains and lake. The shopping around this place is good and very cheap when compared with shopping in munnar

This is a natural formation with trees on the other side of the bank which would echo all the sounds and screams back at you. This place is very commercialized with lot of small shops set up nearby. There needs to be a check on the activities happening there before it can cause serious disturbance to wildlife (if at all... More

I noticed that actually this point is an eco point. Even we have to take ticket to enter which is waste. Just enjoy it from outside as you can see the same view just some meters back from the people who have took ticket

Visited in July during monsoon season. They close the entrance to the ultimate stretch of this location at 4pm (boards say 4:30pm). Ridiculous to close it before sunset. We along with many people tried to make noises but echoes weren't heard. The view is good but really falls short of Matupetty Dam which is a 5 mins before this location.... More
