The church is not in the regular bunch of other churches and little far from the group but it has comparatively less crowd and a greater serenic view. Covered with greenery it's one of the oldest churches in old Goa with a beautiful architecture, one should pay a visit here.

The church was closed when I visited. But oh, what a view! The best way to get there is by two-wheeler or car. Walking from the main road is not recommended; it is a longish and uphill walk. The motorable road is also narrow, stony and steep.

Was recommended by the local cab driver to visit this church. But unfortunately the church was closed and to our surprise a Kannada movie song was being shot at this venue when we visited. Holy places like these should be refrained from shooting.

Church is now preserved for posterity. Main thing is the view that is offered from the church. It is located at a higher altitude and gives the best view of Goa. Highly recommended to go during sunset and believe me it will be one of the best sunset of your lifetime. Not to forget that photographers will have plenty to... More

Its a good chapel, pretty old and not really a must see. If you have the time , you may want to visit. Falls a bit out of the way for a normal tour and needs special request to the tour guide to take you to this chapel as its not part of the deal. A peaceful atmosphere and ideal... More

Straight out of a movie, like a place of another era. This chapel is not only picturesque in itself but also gives great views of surrounding area. Se Cathedral and tower of St Augustine is visible at a distance. Birds keep singing around in morning and if you are fortunate you will spot a peacock in surrounding area. Its a... More

This church sits at the end of a long driveway in a secluded part of old Goa. It is still within easy walking distance of the main sites and is just beyond the Christian Museum. Anyway the church itself is lovely and the interior is plain with some nice carving and some original painted decoration. The church sits on a... More

The church is located on a hill, offering a great view of the river and the many churches below... The walk there is nice too, hardly any traffic, and friendly villagers greet you as you pass...when we visited the place was deserted, there was a very cool spooky feeling there!
