I came here with 3 friends per recommendation of one of them who has been here twice already. I was pampered like never before! I had the Executive package (marine-zyme facial and a 90 min deep tissue massage) and added a body scrub. Kathy was fabulous. I normally get monthly facials and massages in the US and this experience was better. Very professional. Clean. Relaxing setting. Mimosas and water as you like. The relaxing music was stuck on the same song but I told Mariela and she said she will fix it for the next customer. Would absolutely come back.

During a recent family vacation, 6 of our family members went to the spa. We received massages, facials, body wraps and all of us really enjoyed our experience. All the services were great. Mariela, the manager of the spa is lovely and wonderful to work with. I scheduled the day with her a few weeks in advance. We had a rental car on the island and we got very lost on the way arriving about 30 minutes late to our appointments. Mariela was very gracious and wonderful, working us all in for everything we had scheduled. If you are driving yourself, just be aware that there is no sign marking where to turn off the main road making the spa very difficult to find on your own. Would absolutely recommend and go back to again

The location itself offers a beautiful jungle oasis and the staff are friendly and want you to stay however long you would like in their pool, at their beach, etc. So you're getting multiple benefits for your money. We did a 90 minute combo massage and facial and it was lovely. I came in with extreme pain in my right shoulder and neck that has now completely disappeared. That is not to say I wasn't in some pain after because of muscle soreness, but it was overall incredible worth it.

My colleague and I spent the most amazing day at Spa Baan Suerte! We did the All About Me package and were so impressed with all the services. We also spent the first part of the morning lounging at the pool which had sort of a hidden tropical jungle vibe, drinking mimosas and mint infused water. Mariela had outstanding customer service and continued to check on us before our services. After, we walked down to the beach and ate at the beach grill next to the spa property before heading out for the day. Cannot recommend highly enough :)

We did a 2 hour couples massage at Spa Baan Suerte with pickup from our hotel in West Bay. We had a lovely time. We hung out in the pool for about 45 minutes while we waited for our massages. Before we got in the room, they had us fill out a survey of what our goals were and what sort of pressure we wanted. We both agreed that the massages we asked for were exactly what we got. We were both 100% satisified. The owner is very friendly and the workers were very kind and accommodating. Great job- highly recommend!
