Beautiful gift and coffee shop. I went in for an iced coffee but it didn’t have any price and figured how much could it be. They charged me $4 for a simple iced coffee. That is more than anywhere in the world. The coffee was just okay.... I guess you always ask how much it is before ordering

We were drawn to the yellow and loved all the handmade gifts. The cafe had a few options but all were good portions, and speedy service despite there being 9 of us coming at once. Very happy!

If you’re in Suchitoto, I highly recommend you a visit! The interior is amazing, the service is very good and food is super tasty. I’ve eaten breakfast and lunch there, and the menu is great and have a good variation. In the same building as the cafe/restaurant there’s a gift shop with lots of cute things!

Suchitoto is the type of isolated colonial outpost that makes you think about buying an old house and escaping the world there. Since most of us aren't going to do that, just stay at the Casa de la Abuela. It's quirky, lovely, peaceful. Good food and drink given its location. Yes, it may be full of hipsters/euros staring into their laptops....but they're respectful enough, so as not to mar the charms of this place.
