small, simple, not a big deal but gives a really nice overview of the area.

I'm an anthropologist, so any taste of another way of life fascinates me. The Siwan House gives you a chance to see inside a traditional house and all its rooms. Sit on the carpets, imagine life in these spaces. Ask questions.

This is 1 of the attractions in this small oasis. The ruins are quite intact except for some wear and tear but i would suggest to come hee with a guide. if not, you will not be able to appreciate the place without some history on it.

It's definitely worth visiting. German archaeologists were working on it for some time now, it should be in a better shape than when I visited the place.

It is impressive to see this part of Egypt & know more about the culture. I was surprised even though I'm Egyptian but the culture is little different or we can say unique. They also speak the Amazeigh language but thank God they speak arabic too :) but Siwean people are very generous & the culture is rich indeed.

It gives you information on how the people in Siwa used to live (and still) and you can see their instruments and rooms as if it is a live show of the interesting life style of the people of this place. And it will make you understand more the culture of the oasis and explains a lot of things you see during your visit. Worth a visit.

We spend a great time to enjoy Siwa's heritage and traditional house arranging by Walid's company. It's amazing that Siwa is more peaceful, quiet and relaxing place compare to Cairo. It's really a good place to relax and enjoy apart from the city. We have professional tour guide Hazen and driver who drive us across desert. We have also excellent time to stay in Siwa Garden hotel which is clean and comfortable. My wife and me enjoy a lot in Siwa. A big thanks to Walid's company arrangement and those nice people in Siwa as well.
