So lucky that we are only a block from this lovely park with a beautiful church on one side. The Christmas tree went up today and several Christmas were already up. Well maintained and lovely place to relax.
Sit on the benches and learn about the indigenous war hero, who defended the tribes of the Sierras in Northeastern Ecuador. Gaze at the yellow government building, the church and Daily Grind coffee shop.

After visiting the Mercado delos Ponchos, I visited this park. I has the statue (head only), fountains, beautiful flowering trees and plants, benches to rest and sit down, etc.
Located near by are the San Luis Church and Municipal Building.
