My best friend and I traveled all around Istria with Vlad. He is the absolute best. He took us to special spots along our route that we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. He was friendly, helpful, punctual, and always willing to provide us with extra information about Croatia. He took us to a wonderful winery, to Pula, to Plitvice...it was such a pleasant experience.
I will use Taxi Rovinj Tony on my next trip to Croatia. I cannot wait to go back. It was one of the best vacations I’ve taken to date.

Vlad is the man! Amazing driver, assistant and all around helper. Vlad drove my wife & I around Istria/Rovinj to vineyards/wineries, national parks, etc.. He was always on time, punctual and very easy to communicate with. Using WhatsApp able to text when needed. He also helped us to make great reservations at local restaurants from his friends in the industry. Great communicator while driving, but also knew when silence was needed. Let us play our music through his car stereo all the way from Rovinj to Split (+4 hours). Highly recommended! Look no further for the best transport and assistance while near Rovinj.

My sister, her adult daughter and I began our trip in Slovenia. George drove us from Slovenia to Rovinj in Istria, Croatia. We had booked Vlad as our Tour Guide for three days six months in advance based on his excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. Vlad lives up to his reputation and then some! Our group wanted to explore the Hill Towns in Istria as well as visit some of the wineries there. Vlad was extremely helpful with recommendations for our three day touring Itinerary. He speaks perfect English and his communication via e-mail prior to our departure was always very timely. The Mercedes we travelled in was extremely clean and always stocked with water. Vlad has a very good sense of humor and kept us entertained along the way. Pick up at our apartment in Rovinj was always punctual. On the fourth day, Vlad drove us to our next destination, Bellagio, in Italy. With all of the constant train delays and strikes, we decided about ten years ago to always use private drivers. Best decision we ever made. Vlad has our Highest Recommendation as a Tour Guide and Driver. In fact, we have already booked Vlad again for our return trip to Croatia in the Fall of 2024.

We used Rovinj Transfers/taxis for a day trip from Monsena to Pula. It was easy to communicate with them and they were quick to respond to the booking request. The price was reasonable. Vladimir drove us comfortably and safely in a lovely vehicle and he was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely recommend.

Tony is a life saver! I was travelling in Rovinj and was en route to Venice, but had booked the wrong day for a ferry. I was refused admittance to the ferry around 6:45AM and dialed several transfer services in Rovinj soon after. Tony answered, and was super kind, even though my call woke him up. Soon after my call, he met me at a central location in Rovinj and drove me to Trieste so I could catch a train to Venice. His service could not have been better and I enthusiastically rate his service five of five stars. If in need of transportation in Istria, Tony is the man!

My wife and I flew into Pula for work. Vladimir was waiting for us with a sign. During the drive to Rovinj, he was a fount of knowledge answering all my questions about the area and its history. He told us much of the colour of Croatia. He's very well connected, and could probably find a connection for most things. While in Croatia, we asked him to set up an excursion to two towns, and two wineries. It was a delightful day for us (highly recommended). On the trip back to Pula, his driver was there waiting for us as the boat dropped us off, and we arrived in Pula right on time.
The most impressive thing happened on our excursion at the last winery when everything went off the rails. Instead of hurrying us so that our day was cut short, Vladimir arranged to have the car arrive for us later than expected. We were able to watch the sun set over the Agean sea in the company of some delightful people.
If you're travelling to Croatia (and you should), Tony Travel Transfers is highly recommended.

Vlad and his team are on time, wonderful drivers, experts on the area (we were in Croatia and Slovenia) and great people! Our trip was better than our travel agents suggestions because of travel advice they provided and their willingness to make accommodations to our travel plans. I can’t recommend them any stronger based on what we learned from them and changes then made to our schedule.

Absolutely brilliant, great to deal with on what’s app, good quality vehicles. Helpful polite and professional. Even sorted us a local taxi whilst in Rovinj and a water taxi when we got to Venice! 100% recommend!
