Stupica is a family run boat composed of five members. Marin is the main animator and how he says for himself The boss, who will be at your service during the whole trip and make your boat experience unforgettable. Andrea is our great cook - her recipes simply amaze all the guests. Captain Sveto will take you to the most incredible places, while Petra and Helena are the ones who organize and sell excursions. Family atmosphere, delicious food, clear water, beautiful view, who can refuse that? Our Boat can receive 59 passengers, ideal for nice and joyful trips. They say that wooden ships have a soul, and we can confirm this. Come and share with us positive energy and be part of our story. Only good vibes accepted!

Professional and prompt, you are in good hands here

The boat tours are very well made, and the team is both professional and entertaining. What we were most impressed with, however, is how promptly and without making us feel bad, they reacted when we admitted to being afraid once the sea started to get rather angry. A lesser team would have insisted that we continued lest we interrupt the circuit for everybody.
Also, Helena on the ground was equally fantastic when (after having already been very responsive on whatsapp) she drove me back to the harbour as I (thought I) had forgotten something on the boat.
All in all, an excellent family-run business that is in a very good position to show you around the maritime beauties of Rovinj!

So worth it

We encountered several boat tours around Rovinj including the Lim fjord but reviews were not great except for Stupica tours. So we tried it ourself and booked a tour for the day after. Start at 9.30 am till around 4 pm. It is a real family company in which the father is the captain, the mother is the cook and the son The tour guide and entertainer. All day long free drinks (wine, beer, several non alcoholic beverages), kind of sandwiches/ bruschetta as breakfast, fresh fruit in the afternoon and during the long stop in the afternoon lunch. Lunch was amazing, fresh fish grilled on the boat which tasted delicious including bread and vegetables and next to that hamburgers. There was more than enough for everyone. Later on the day also some shots.
The tour came along Rovinj and then of to lim fjord. There was the long stop where you could relax on or of the boat, swim in the beautiful water or jump from the roof of the boat. Later on the day not far from the end there was another shorter stop to swim. On the open sea the waves were quite high and the boat rocked a bit.
The atmosphere on the boat was great, not too many people on it and especially the son was a joy and funny.
We had a great day, even way better than expected.

Friendly nice boat trip along the Istria coast side

The well maintained and family owned nice wooden boat arrived in time and fulfilled all what was said in the description and beyond what was written in excellent manner. We had a wonderful day, the family took care about us all the time, served us all day with excellent tasting food, beverages, drinks and fruits and showed us the best side of the Istria coast line. Further we stopped at two nice places and had the chance for swimming, snorkeling and jumping off the boats top roof. The very friendly and kind atmosphere in combination with the entire package was brilliant. Special thanks to all family members, who made it a nice day for us ! We can fully recommend that day trip to everybody and it is worth every minute !!! Thank you for that nice trip !!!

The vibes !!!!

The most fun !!! Marin and his younger cousin Anna were the best hosts. From the start the vibes were immaculate, the two hosts came around and gave instructions and information to smaller groups of people at a time which helped make it feel like a super intimate trip, despite there being around 45 people on the boat. During our stop to swim, we were all jumping from the roof of the boat and swimming around when they started throwing cans of beer into the water for us to have while swimming. Just fun and good vibes all around. and we saw dolphins!! would 10/10 do it again.

Stupica evening Cruise

We had a Great trip out on the Evening Cruise with these guys. Diving off the roof of the Boat was enjoyed by everyone. Then we went in search of Dolphins and saw several which made the Trip complete. There is plenty of Drink (nicely chilled beer)& snacks. Worth leaving your car at the meeting point over night free of charge so you can make most of the evening. Can't thank the crew enough for making this trip so enjoyable. Big thumbs up from us!

The nicest, friendliest boat tour!

We took the sunset 3 hour dolphin-viewing sailing trip and had a brilliant time. There are so many boats and providers offering similar looking trips, but we had the least crowded and nicest boat out there, and definitely the nicest and friendliest crew! A short sail, a lovely long swim stop (with lots of encouragement for nervous teens to jump from the roof, and they ended up having a brilliant time), then gentle motoring to watch a mother and baby dolphin nearby, then a sunset panoramic cruise past Rovinj and back. There were unlimited well chilled soft drinks, white wine and beer available the whole time, and rounds of fruit and biscuits for snacks. They had life jackets to help little children also enjoy a fun time swimming, and it was the perfect way to enjoy this pretty part of the coast. Highly recommended.

A truly great trip

The Radic family from Stupica boat excursions did a perfect job organizing the sunset trip. The swimming stop was nice, being able to jump of the rooftop and there were plenty of cold drinks. We actually got to see dolphins and they maintained a respectable distance.
All in all there was nothing left to wish for.

A great family day out!

We did the full day trip and it was thoroughly enjoyed by myself, my husband and 11 year old son. My husband even said it was the best bit of the whole holiday! The team were really friendly and there was a fun vibe on the boat with music playing and drinks flowing for those who wanted them. We were lucky enough to spot the dolphins and my son had a great time jumping from the top of the boat into the sea. Highly recommend this tour - although I didn’t try any others I’m certain it’s much better value for money than the ones you’d get along the waterfront in Rovinj.

Lovely trip!!!

Lovely trip ! We jumped into the water off the boat's top, we had lots of time for swimming. Free drinks and snacks. We didn't belive in dolphins before, but they were there !!! Group of beautiful dolphins swam around the boat, large, medium, small, baby dolphins, all kinds, they jumped out above the waters and hid and so for half an hour. Very kind hosts of course, best greeting for Helena and her brother, great people, talkative, helpful and smiling. The icing on the cake, a beautiful sunset at sea... The trip worth every penny :-)

A great experience full of joy, laughter & beautiful views

Being on the Stupica you feel very welcome. It is a real experience full of joy, fun and laughter! Jumping of the rooftop into the sea, the dolphins, the music, the drinks, everything is just perfect for a beautiful evening. The views of the Croatian coast are beautiful especially during the sunset. We attended the Stupica 5 times and we will return again. The owners are lovely people with a personal approach. Thank you Petra, Marin & Helena for you kindness and warm welcome. A big hug and kisses!
