My wife and I arrived this morning without a booking. We were gladly welcomed and immediately made to feel at home. The waiter (who I think was the owner) spent time with us explaining the olive oil, the meat and cheese platter and the wines in detail. Everything was top class and what made the tasting special is that all the products are from the farm and the farm, including the winery, are run on an organic basis. No sulphites in the wine. Great setting and service. Thank you

We had the most incredible experience. The tour was super informative and interesting. Afterwards we were treated to the best wine and cheese/meat/olive oil tasting. Even though we jumped in with a big tour group, Sasha made a point to make us feel included. He taught us a ton about the farm and croatia in general. The fresh goat cheese was the best I’ve ever had. We could not be more satisfied with our experience and felt it was a great price. We left with 2 bottles of wine and a new croatian friend.

We came only to buy a bootle of wine, but this was very nice visit. The staff told us a history of the winery and gave to tasty every wine which we want to taste. Rose smells lovely but the Vita is the best one.

So happy we saw the sign for this lovely spot while driving around the Istrian peninsula. A beautiful property with lovely wines and olive oils. (and dogs!) It was so fun to sample them under the fresh-growing kiwi while chatting with our wonderful server, Sasha. We were also lucky enough to have Sasha point out the stunning view at the top of the driveway - he told us to take our wine up that small hill and enjoy the view, and we're so glad we did! Thank you, Sasha!
Olive oil will never be the same after this tasting! We bought a bottle and cannot wait to share it with others with our new knowledge and appreciation of it!
They also have a rental property as part of the property - we've made a mental note to check it out for our next trip to Istria.

What a great winetasting experience. The winery gave us a tour of the vineyards, the olive groves as well as their livestock farm. You can tell that they take great pride in their craft. Shasha was wonderful and gave us what felt like a private tour even though there was a large group with us. The wine olive oil as well as the goat cheese was perfection. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

We chose the 'deluxe tasting', which promised tasting of all the Collis wines, a selection of bread, olive oil, finger food, donkey milk and a tour of the area and cellar. It's a really nice place, great ambiance, very friendly people. The tour was good, would have liked it to be longer, with more tasting and detail. The donkeys were very cute.
The tasting itself was a disappointment. We tasted three wines with very little explanation. Just one kind of bread, two kinds of cheese and some salami. No olive oil. No donkey milk. We felt not satisfied at all. We tried to explain this to the owner, but it seemed like he didn't really want to hear this. He gave us a small discount.
Maybe we came at a bad time, maybe we expected too much, but we really wouldn't recommend this. Felt like a total rip off for (almost) 500 HRK.

This was a heart & belly warming experience! Our young boys had fun running round the grounds while we enjoyed delicious wine & food in a warm, cosy atmosphere next to an open fire cuddled up to the gorgeous dogs. The mother and son team who looked after us were lovely…thank you so much! Highly recommend for an authentic Croatian family experience :)

This isn’t a tourist winery with bells and whistles. This is a true family business and they take pride in their farm. Oil is amazing. Wine is amazing. Cheese is amazing. I’ve heard the goat milk is good too but I didn’t have it. Worth a trip and the boxes of wine we brought home.

Without reservation we walked into this little farm with a beautiful Terrace beneath the kiwi trees. The hostess was welcoming and nice, and presented the place and wine with great charm.
We tasted three wines for 50 kuna per person, and all are good. You can also taste olive oil, goat cheese, donkey milk or donkey sausage (occasionally). We enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone who likes wine and the Charm of rural Croatia mixed with Italy.

We went to Collis because of the good tripadvisor reviews and because we liked to taste some Croatian wine. There is a big sign just by the main road, you have to drive into a small dusty road to reach the farm. It's a bit off road but it should be ok with every normal car.
The place is run by a family and has just opened. They will show you the vineyard, donkeys, cows and olivetrees and the process of winemaking. The mother of the family is a lovely lady and can show you how she and her family run the farm. She is really funny and is really passionate about what they do.
Her son is the wine expert and knows everything about the wine in deep details. Tasting of the wine, olive oil and some cheese and bread is free if you buy some bottles of wine or oil. When we were there, they had one white wine (bottle was sold for 75 Kn) and two sorts of red wine (Terran was sold for 90 Kn, the Cuvee was 150 Kn). We bought some bottles to take home to the Netherlands.
The panoramic view from their farm is amazing, the lady showed us a new "romantic view" terrace they are building higher uphill for an even better view.
Highly recommendable for everyone that enjoys wine, olive oil or just farmlife. Lovely people that can tell really passionate about their daily wine making life!
