- Matt bWestcliff-on-Sea, United Kingdom31 contributionsA must visitGreat place. Lots to do. Good value and food ok. Bla bla bla to use 100 characters. It was good already. Wet water slides and stuffVisited August 2023Traveled with familyWritten March 11, 2024
- Anne F3 contributionsGreat family day out!Great day at aquacolours today. Clean, well maintained and good signposting. Easy to navigate. The best thing was the relatively short waiting times compared with other water parks we have visited. We were there on a Friday in July, and rarely had to queue more than 10 minutes for a ride. A few issues resulted in a 4 as opposed to a 5 start review. 1) Most important, the staff are not very focused on the rides, and i frequently saw people getting in rides incorrectly or going down slides without following instructions. The 3 life guards at the wave pool were chatting and having snacks during the 10minute wave session (excellent fun but could be dangerous for smaller children as waves to uk to 2 meters). In other parks life guards would be very attentive during those periods. 2) the spheres is a dangerous ride - my daughter got knocked out of her tube going on down it and hit her head; and I got stuck in the first sphere so only could move when a child came down after me and bumped into my tube. His father then came down and the three of our tubes were all bashing against each others in the sphere. There was no staff keeping an eye. 3) there were no staff on some rides so no queue management until Later on the day. But saying this, we had a great day. There is plenty to do for 9 years and up. With smaller children you might be more limited, (unless they are used to water parks and slides). We thought the food options were fine; and priced in line with other water parks. And the bubble waffles were an afternoon hit. We all love the wave pool in particular. The magicone was great fun for 4 people. But it will be even better when the conveyor belt is fixed and you don’t need to carry the heavy inflatables up the hill. But all in all a very fun day out! - Ember B1 contributionReally fun park beyond expectations. Would really recommend giving it a go. Special shout out to crock bar and wave poolReally fun park! Super happy we have an easy going and adventure packed water park in Istria. I recommend visiting on a partially cloudy day to avoid excessive heat on the concrete. Special shout out to the crock bar, wave pool and the magicone. It was incredible!:)Visited July 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten July 30, 2024
- Mark BTaunton, United Kingdom70 contributionsGood park, but a couple of small tweaks could make it betterA very good water park with good slides. Very clean with polite staff. Be aware if you want to use the wave pool it is a stony “beach” leading up to it and it hurts your feet, why?!?! It should be sand or smooth or at least have paths through it. The fact they charge a fee for sun loungers is crazy. And a limit of €70 euros spending on the bracelets isn’t enough, as an adult with 2 kids we didn’t have enough money available for everything we wanted.Visited July 2024Traveled with familyWritten July 31, 2024
- S AMilton Keynes, United Kingdom27 contributionsWife bashed head due to handle breaking off her mat mid-rideTip: We bought a combined ticket for both Aquacolors and Istrialand which was much cheaper than separate tickets. At Aquacolors, for the forward-facing downward slide my wife’s mat handle broke off resulting in her head bashing into the side and a really sore neck meaning she wasn’t able to go on any other rides that day. Though we didn’t see any other safety issues at either park. My daughter preferred Aquacolors because it is more compact and easier to get around on one level whereas Istrialand was long and thin and on a hill making going to rides more tiring in the heat. Aquacolors has a lazy river which Istrialand doesn’t and the Crocodile bar is a nice touch. My favourite ride was at Aquacolors (the green slide) but Istrialand had a few more slides and faster slides. We went on weekdays to both. Istrialand was busier and longer queuing times and more queuing for inflatables. Tip: Lots of shaded space under pine trees at Istrialand so we didn’t need sunbeds but v little shaded at Aquacolors so needed to pay for sunbeds.Visited August 2024Traveled with familyWritten August 17, 2024
- ZorokisaiCroatia2 contributionsOver years, getting worse. Is it the new French owners?8.12.2024. So this park has to explain. The hygene has gone down a lot, slides are more likely to get stuck on, on some you have to go alone instead of a pair! The tube Elevator is broken down and there are like 10 tubes for 3000+ people. I didn't go to the toilet because my friend said a lot of bad things. The lifeguards are bad at "life guarding". I can give credits only to the guy in the green shirt with brown skin. At least i could record without a problem. 3/5 8.12.2022. Amazing big park! Nothing much to say, a bit faster tube elevator, family rafting can be duo, great staff, good inflatables quantity! This park got all my love for 5/5Visited August 2024Traveled with familyWritten August 29, 2024

I would really like to have given this park a better star-rating, but it was just too dangerous and badly organised.
I am used to water parks in Florida and this park needs to send its staff on a shadowing/training trip there to show them how the job is done.
Every member of my family got injured on the day.
The main safety concerns were:
lack of staff (and apathetic staff that were there) No one at the top making sure the previous rider had finished and no one at the bottom making sure people had travelled and gotten out safely.
not enough water going down the slides (causing riders to go slowly or stop completely en route to the bottom, or not being able to get going from the top of the ride without other customers pushing you off...staff would begrudgingly stop looking at there phones to help, if forced to)
Stopping half-way. Consequently, being run into by the next rider
Getting stuck in the "Spheres" ride or at the exit to the Spaceboat ride
No staff ensuring little fingers did not touch the chain carrying the family tubes on Magicone ride.
Catalogue of family injuries, as follows:
Me: Ankle sprain from running into the back of previous rider on Body Slide ride. Multiple bruises.
Husband: Hit head on bottom of splash pool on Turbolance ride. No staff at end of ride to check safe passage. Thankfully he was not knocked out!
Son: friction burns due to lack of water lubricating the tubes.
We really wanted to enjoy the day but left early as once we were injured we were wary of getting hurt again or more seriously.

we come here every year since “before Covid” and it gets worse and worse. Of course the prices don't stop here before inflation but suddenly the sunbeds have to be paid extra, the parking space costs, even the safe is charged at 4€ (where should I leave my phone and my car key if I go sliding with the girls?). This lift for transporting the tubes has never worked for a day, all crowded with people, waiting at the slides and eating, even 25 minutes on admission despite an online ticket. Never before has the food tasted nearly somehow good and for the price it's really embarrassing what you get. Not for nothing do so many people have their own provisions. Not because you're stingy, but because what you get here is ridiculous. No charging stations for e-cars, although hundreds of cars are parked here for hours, you could crash. There are actually two positive things: this crocodile bar is really casual! And the guys in the first Help center container are very friendly and unselfish - people like that make the world a better place. I hope the girls grow out of old age soon and I don't have to butter more money in here.

The fun starts at the cash register. Despite having an online ticket, you have to wait 15 minutes at the cash register. The selection of food is poor and not even everything that is on the menu is there: Statement: Not available today. Almost exclusively tire slides, of which there are either far too few or ego-driven people don't give you any. There are no pay machines and after only 8 hours of opening time, at 6 p.m. everyone rushes to the overwhelmed cash registers to pay for their overpriced food after another 30 minutes of waiting. The staff at the slides just look at their cell phones and only become more active at the end of the day than they are all day. I don't recommend it

We (4 adults and 4 children) visited this aqua park for the first time in August 2023 (high season) and, despite the many negative reviews, can only report positive things:
+ more than enough parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the entrance
+ no long waiting times at the cash desk / 2 cash desks open before official opening, several other cash desks open at 10 a.m., admission pretty quickly
+ more than enough loungers available, no matter what time you come
+ plenty of sunbathing space in the lawn with shade, loungers do not necessarily have to be used
+ very clean and well-maintained facility, the sanitary facilities are also checked and cleaned several times
+ more than enough tires used for sliding, you could easily take some at any time
+ no long waiting times at the slides
+ bathing fun guaranteed for young and old, no matter what age group
+ enough shower and changing facilities, also changing facilities for babies
+ water, good temperature, not too cold not too warm, no salt water
+ no waiting times and crowds at the exit, arrival and departure at 6 p.m. also without traffic jams, good connection
+ Food: tastes OK, there are better, but also worse - it's a snack bar and not a 5-star restaurant
- Entrance fee is high, but worth the money, only drawback: sun loungers cost extra: with such high entrance fees, these could easily be included in the price
- long waiting times at the buffet during lunchtime, staff are friendly and helpful, but clumsy - perhaps a tip: eat later to avoid the crowds and wait times
- Food: what bothered me was that you have to line up according to categories when eating: there are separate tills for pizza & pasta, burgers & co. - you can't order different things at one till - so you are limited in your choice (or you have to queue several times)

Having to love aquaparks we were really excited to visit this one but I have never been so disappointed. First of all website offers 3h discounted rate but only available at the door. After arriving we were told 3h rate is only available from 3pm (open until 6) of course this trick works because there was no way kids will be happy leaving and coming back later. After 2h storm hit and we had no choice but leave (weather forecast showed showers) but absolutely no discount was given not even for next visit. No vending machines were working, the lift for inflatable rings was off so you had to carry them all the way up. Terrible service at food kiosk all staff grumpy and not bothered. Prices...crazy..pack of single sachet of mayo 0.70€ which we had to pay twice because they forgot to add to the order and I noticed it at the table and that was too late even when showing it was on the receipt and not on the tray. The only person working there and smiled was a cleaning lady. 38€ won't even include locker or lounger. Having to pay for the lounge we couldn't find one that was free because lots people use it without paying (you get a label to mark when you pay) and staff don't care after asking. NEVER coming back. Highly not recommended

The tickets aren't cheap, and everything else is extra. Even normal lockers have to be paid for separately. It's a disgrace! Queuing for food or drink takes ages and is overpriced.
Queuing for the slides also takes too long, twice: first you have to queue to get a tire or a boat, because there aren't enough for the many visitors, and then you have to queue again at the top of the slide to be able to slide.
The lift for the big boats didn't work, so you had to drag them up the stairs, which was hardly possible for my two children, for example. And then you get fobbed off the slides again 45 minutes before the park closes because they're "already closed".
The big yellow funnel slide is really good, it saved my mood somewhat. Conclusion: too expensive for the service, but unfortunately corresponds to the standard of what you get from such water parks.

My 4th and last time here. Completely disapointing. Firstly, since we were here the last time they have introduced a parking fee as well as a fee for sunbeds, on top of a rather expencive ticket. Anyway, we waited 45 minutes to get in. The staff are clueless and slow and also not very polite. Everything was packed by 12. 30, no sunbeds available but they were still letting people in. We waited a minimum of 15 minutes for each waterslide and on top of that the supposedly peaceful areas, like the lazy river, were full of jumping kids and hormonal teenagers. The Crocodile bar was also full of kids and it was almost impossible to approach the bar and get a drink. This could all be regulated with a few life guards. I saw just one during the entire day. The pool in front of the bar was full of plastic glasses and beer cans. Full of German tourist who seem to have left their manners at home. Finally, leaving the place took as long as entering, if not longer. To conclude, not worth the money. Oh, I almost forgot, I also drank a mojito wanna be. Horrific. Try to find a better solution.

The slides are a lot of fun! However, the staff is not very friendly, we ordered pizza that was rarely topped, fell apart and was not completely baked, but the hot dog was very popular. The floor was very warm, for which green rugs were placed, but they also became very warm. The stairs were very narrow for 2 slides, so people almost fell down the stairs. There are stones everywhere that really hurt your feet. The changing cubicles were closed with curtains so you couldn't change completely in privacy.
The bar in the water is very cozy and fun, the concept with the straps with which you can pay is very useful for that. The slides are very fun and challenging.
Had a nice day, but not a second time.

Incredibly bad organization. Online tickets have to be exchanged for "real" tickets at 2 (!!!) ticket offices on site - only 2 ticket offices in the middle of the high season for hundreds of visitors... After 3 (!!!) hours of waiting time, despite having online tickets, you lose interest before the visit even begins. And all of this with really high entrance prices and: We were even there shortly before the park opened.
Nope. We'll never do that again.
