The House of Two Saints is located on St. Maura Street and it is one of the most interesting architectural buildings in Porec. Unfortunately, however, we were not able to go inside the building.

The ground floor is a semi-circular passage with two single lancet windows above and a semi-circular finish. The facade is decorated with sculptures depicting two saints. The house dates back to the end of the 15th or early 16th centuries and while the facade sculptures had originally been part of an older structure, some historians believe they could be the remains of the St. Cassian Monastery although this has not been confirmed.

After the restoration in 1936, the house hosted exhibitions of stone monuments, urns, oil lamps and other ceramic objects from ancient times which were all on display there. Shortly after World War II, the collection was transferred to the Heritage Museum of the Porec territory inside the Sincic Palace. The Museum looks after several buildings, cultural and historical areas in Porec and its surroundings.

In a paralell street of the Decomanus street stands this house. On the front facade of the building there are two statues of two saints. The name of the house derives from here. Most probably originally the statues were earlier on a sacral building.
