Not so much fun on a rainy day, though. It's a little body of water along the route in the park. One of many.

Mali Lake and adjacent waterfalls are a 30 min hike away from the ferry terminal, and therefore less crowded than lower waterfalls. A must-see if you're making a tour around the upper lakes.

Smaller less spectacular waterfalls but still a pleasant & quiet area to visit, away from the madding crowds!

The mali lake waterfall was one of our least favorites. that is to say it was a favorite and it was great, but not our most favorite. They may be because we prefer concave to convex falls.

This place is a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the lower lakes. It's much quieter, much more peaceful and just lovely. The views are spectacular, the lakes genuinely will take your breath away.

We went to the lakes early and got to Mali Buk early in the morning. It was quiet and the place was magical. It is smaller than the lower lakes but has its own charms.

If you really want to see something amazing, something really unique... you need to walk to this place. This is the place that you can find on most of the "screensaver photos" on the internet. Some people, who didn't visit that place probably think that those screensaver photos have been made in Photoshop. NO!! They are real!!

We loved walking out on the wooden walkways doing several waterfalls. Unfortunately the rain made part of the pathways in passable.
