Good experience. The route is divided into two sections (not 4 as stated on some sites), and is very well organised. You buy the ticket and they tell you which group you will be in and the departure time and they are very punctual! A nice experience that my teenage children also enjoyed.

Zipline for young and old! Beautiful location, beautiful views and skilled employees. We were helped with great respect.
There is a nice lady at the cash register who also wants to tell you all about the area. Very friendly.
You go down in groups and are helped by one of the many employees to put on the harness. This is done in a very respectful and friendly manner. Safety comes first.
Before you get to the first platform you will receive instructions/rules. Whoever gets to the platform first will be the last to go down on the zipline. There are 2 ziplines here that you take, the first is a relatively short one and the second is a slightly longer one. Max speed is about 40/50 km per hour. After the 2nd zipline the round is finished and you have to walk uphill for a few minutes. There you will also be kindly helped to take off the harness. Nice experience for myself, daughter 13 years old and son 9 years old.

Great zipline across and back over a deep chasm in Pazin. Great view and thrilling ride, even in the light rain. The staff were great and helpful. The price seems quite reasonable for the gear, setup, safety and experience.

If anyone wants to conquer their fear of heights, they should come here. The Zip line is fast, exciting and safe. The guides were confident and made sure that everyone was doing the right thing. The actual trip from side to side is extremely fast though...only about 30 seconds. You zip from one side and then zip to the other. Overall, I think we were at the site for about an hour only
One thing for me was the price. It costs around 24-30€ per person (depending on who's going), but the whole thing is over fast. I thought the price was a little too high.

Two adults and two teenagers, two with slight fears of heights but we all felt safe in the hands of Bruno and Monika. Highly recommend this as a trip out, the waiting times are short and everything is well organised. Will definitely do it again if we return.

I really wanted to do it. My son was there too. He's afraid of heights. But he went through with it and thought it was really cool afterwards. The staff are very friendly and really well trained and always concerned about safety. I'll definitely come back next year.

This family owned company is amazing in every way. I have been meaning to write this review for over a year as we visited in august 2022. The activity, staff and surroundings left such an impact. They explained everything well, and are so kind and helpful. We actually visited twice in one week. Such beautiful views of pazin, wonderful restaurant nearby at the hotel too. We most definitely will be back !

It is safe and easy. 2 times some 280m zip, aprox 100m above the valley. I made 60km/h (I weigh 87kg). Need 5 mins to walk back. Parking place is identified by car navigation. Do not miss a walk in the city after that.

We are a family of four and wanted to do something crazy, but then again appropriate for kids. Our daughter is 14 and son is 7, and they both loved it. So did my husband and I. The guides were absolutely professional as well as kind and reassuring. This was our first ziplining but definitely not last.

We (family of 2 adults, 2 children aged 13 and 10) travelled from Pula to Pazin for the afternoon specifically on the recommendation of this TripAdvisor page to visit the chasm and try out the zip line crossing. We were not disappointed. The train journey from Pula is on a twisting single-track line where you have to wait at stations for the train coming in the opposite direction. The views approaching Pazin station were breathtaking, but didn't fully prepare us for the walk to come. With the temperatures in the mid thirties we walked the 2km from the station down into the town centre and back up to the castle, then around to the footbridge across the chasm before the long drag back up to the hotel car park through which you access the zip line.
Once we got to the zip line, the guys quickly had us harnessed up and briefed, and before we knew it we were flying through the air to the other side of the chasm. Big thanks to Lucija who accompanied my youngest daughter on her flight - she made the whole experience even more exciting and enjoyable!
Things to watch out for: the climb back up from the final zip line platform is very steep - if you're not particularly fit you might find this hard going, especially in the heat of the afternoon. Also, we needed to hurry back to the railway station to get the train back to Pula, but on asking in the hotel for a taxi, we were informed that none of the taxis were operating as Pazin is such a small place... you need to be prepared to do a lot of walking if you come by train!
Nevertheless, I would do this all over again tomorrow - it is a unique perspective to view the world from and the operators are extremely professional, reassuring and friendly. 10 out of 10!

No, just turn up on the day and buy a ticket. They will then allocate a time for your zip line experience. We waited no more than 40 minutes on busy August day

What is the minimum age requirement for this activity please?
Written January 11, 2020
Hi, minimum age is 4 years old.
But small kids (less than 25 kg) fly in tandem with a guide (not with parents).

Luka

Hi. I would love to come alone with my daughter (3 to) and my son (6 yo). Since I believe my daughter is too young, is there the possibility to have somebody guiding my son? Thanks
Written August 21, 2019
Hi, we want to come visit you tomorrow. We have a 3.5 year old girl and 4 adults. I read children must be 4...is this right? And can we pay with visa or cash?
Thanks :)
Written July 6, 2019
Hi. Yes, minimum age is 4 years old, but we can try to put her on the equipment and see if she is big enough.
You can pay with card no problem.
Greetings,
Luka
