We walked here from Pazin town, but took the longer route there through the country side and it was lovely. The route back was shorter (25/30 mins). The waterfall was nice but not too exciting as dry from the summer months. Would recommend to visit later or earlier in the year

We heard about this watrfall , and as the day before was a rain it was perfect timing to see it. Really we didnt expected to see so.erhi g lime that i Pazin/Istria. It is not a big waterfall like in Plitvice or Krka, but for this area it is respectable..

My partner and I live a waterfall, this place may not be as good as kravice or plitvice but it’s soo pretty. Got there really early, parked car up and within 5 mins small walk we arrived. Gorgeous setting, had it to ourselves for a little bit, but by 9am the people came. We took a little picnic to have after our dip. Really nice morning out.

My boyfriend and I stopped off here for a couple of hours. I really lovely spot to chill and have a swim in the lake. Gorgeous views. Quite rocky to get down to the waterfall and to get into the water so I recommend good footwear and possibly shoes to wear in the water.

We managed to find our way here using the satnav. This did end up with us ending up at the end of a dirt track with a bit of a tight turn so I'd recommend parking up in the village. The path is easy to find but is steep and rocky so no buggies or people with mobility issues. There was a small waterfall as it was mid summer, but this made it very safe for getting across the river at the top as there was hardly any water and also very safe bathing in the pool at the bottom. Lots of people jumping of the cliff but also a great place to swim, sun bathe and watch wildlife. Lots of fish, frogs and butterflies. A lovely place to relax and only a short drive from Pazin.

From south you may enter inside. Depending on the water level it may be difficult to cross the river in shoes. The water level may be some 5-15cm at the upper plate

We visited the waterfalls twice whilst staying in Pazin. Around 5pm it's quiet but around 11am it's busy. However even if busy there are plenty of quiet spots to enjoy. Young families enjoying paddling in the river leading to the falls & teenagers/ young at heart adventurous jumping off the falls. We noticed blue spray paint graffiti on the stone riverbed. Obviously some locals are anti tourists. " Go home tourists " " private for locals " . A shame really to vandalise an area of beauty but this did not distract from the relaxed friendly ambience of many different Europeans enjoying family time. I read that 25% of Croatian economy is from tourism.....so fortunately for Croatia most locals we met were hospitable.
