Idyllic escape from busy beaches.

Take the boat trip from Fazan (sp?) (give yourself at least an hour to park and get your prebooked tickets) its better than Pula as you can come home on any boat til 23h00. Train... read more

The whole story about Brijuni could have been packed in a much more atractive package. Namely, with so many famous people that have visted the place, they can create more amusing insight into the times when Tito was welcoming his guests. The biggest disapointment was the fact that villas (where Tito and his guest were staying) are not open to... More

The Brijuni islam are a very nice place to visit, but I found the trip disappointing. First of all we decided to take the official guided tour, which costs 210 kunas and includes the boat trip and a guided tour of the island. We took a train to the safari area, and while going the guide explained a bit of... More

Guides mention that this place is a must see so we googled up the reviews especially on TripAdvisor. We were a bit sceptic at first but decided to go anyway. It was a bright and sunny day with some wind so perfect for a day out. The boat trip from Fazana to Brijuni was short but good. The ferry has... More

Take the boat trip from Fazan (sp?) (give yourself at least an hour to park and get your prebooked tickets) its better than Pula as you can come home on any boat til 23h00. Train is very cheesy but then we wandered off to the underwater park and had wonderful afternoon.

Totally worth the visit. Count on it being a day visit. Come in the morning hours, then take the mini train tour. After that rent a bike, segway or gold car and go around for more individual touring (dinosaur foot prints) museum and swimming. After that have a meal on the main docking station or by the island Beach (free... More

Before going to Croatia we had heard a lot about Brijuni. However, compared to all the other experiences we had (renting a boat, visiting Pula, Labin and so on) Brijuni was the only one to disappoint. The guided tour was not really needed, the safari park was nothing special. At least for adventurous people the official guided tour should be... More

A day trip to this place is wonderful. Its quite relaxing. You can walk around the island and see all kinds of beautiful scenery. There's lots of animals and lots for children to do. A nice place to play in the water and snorkel. We took a boat tour over here and the staff was wonderful. They fed us and... More

The park itself is pretty, it is a nice island really. The price tag is way too steep to hear a tour guide talk without any kind of enthusiasm in a "train" that made me feel like it was a kid park, this wasn't made better by a trip to the safari which was pretty horrible. It was the island,... More

The £20 price tag seemed steep for a ferry crossing and entry fee, but the "free" train tour with a good English commentary lasted an hour. The museum is interesting but lacking in panache. The nearby town is very pleasant and relaxed - making for a good day all round.

We had a tour to the park. Most of the time we were told to wait for something. That made the tour really boring.
